Departamento de 3 ambientes (equipado para 6 personas) excelentemente ubicado sobre la Av Cabildo, a 1 cuadra de la terminal del subte D, frente al metrobus (pasan muchas lineas de buses por la puerta) y a 6 cuadras del ferrocarril Retiro-Tigre (se puede llegar al tigre en 30 minutos de tren). El departamento da a la calle con una muy linda vista. El barrio es muy seguro, cuenta con muchos restaurantes, cafes, supermercados, lavanderias, etc. Esta equipado a estrenar. Desde la estación de subte está a 20 minutos del centro, plaza de mayo, la catedral, etc. Equipado con calefaccion, aire acondicionado frio-calor, wifi, television con cable (puede ver Netflix si tiene una cuenta), microondas, pava electrica, tostadora, cafetera, lavarropas, secador de cabello, etc.
