Property has 3 bedrooms and one bath with brand new covered patio. Hotel quality mattresses and linens. Plenty of parking in this large lake front lot. Home has brand new hung TVs in every room- enjoy Netflix after a long day at the beach. 2 kayaks are provided for instant lake access.

Property is close to multiple lake front restaurants. Close to Indiana Beach, golf courses & drive-in movie theatre. Lake Schafer has a lot to offer guests.

House has king bed, bunk bed with 2 brand new full mattresses, and 1 additional futons- plenty of sleeping options.

Grill your family dinner lake front on the provided Weber grill. Drink your morning coffee in the screened in porch and watch the sun come up.
