Three story grand home with two 2- guest rooms (East/West) (a different listing) and a yoga/Pilates studio. A sanctuary of natural light. All new furniture, private guest rooms and, en suite baths. Shared balcony porch. Stunning “green space” views on a large lot. Quiet. Fine Art Gallery on first floor. Yoga classes offered on Saturday morning 10am. Lots of amenities in the Bleubird Kitchenette next to guest rooms. Walking distance to “Hallmark movie” beautiful historic downtown Georgetown, boutique shopping, restaurants and fun bars. Outstanding restaurants in neighborhood. Rooms have coded digital locks and independent access. 4.7 miles from Horse Park, 11 miles from Keeneland Race Track. 12 miles from Bluegrass Airport. Had a fantastic stay. Quiet and beautiful. My breakfast was lovely. Used the washer and dryer (thank goodness for that amenity) and kept my diet coke cold!!!Top Notch

Fun with friends

Met up with a friend for a couple days. Great location to stay. You can walk to restaurants and shops. The porch was wonderful to sit on and chat in the evenings. Jane was welcoming and so kind. She had thought of everything anyone would need for a stay there. Beautiful home and property.

Absolutely amazing!

Jane and her immaculate property lived up to what I was expecting. I would recommend it to anybody. It was absolutely beautiful. Jane thought of every amenity you could imagine, from slippers to eye masks to chocolate midnight snacks. Picture perfect.

extremely clean,well cared for.very quiet as well as convenient to heart of town.we felt totally relaxed,safe as the location is ideal.Jane put a lot of forethought into whats needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.i can't imagine staying anywhere else when we are visiting the area.we will definitely be back again.

Weekend in the Bluegrass

My stay was fantastic! Jane was so nice and accommodating and her home/studio is a perfect getaway destination in the Bluegrass. It is so colorful and beautiful, decorated impeccably! Probably the nicest place I have ever stayed in the area and hoping to book it again for the fall meet at Keeneland. If I could have rated it 10 stars, I would have! You will not be disappointed and if you like yoga and/or modern artworks, she has you covered on that too! Bravo Jane!! Hope to you again!

Beautiful property and perfect location!

If visiting the area, we consider staying with Jane, and Sandy🐾, an absolute MUST! Her place is incredibly beautiful and she is the best host you could ask for. The location is very centrally located to anything you want to do in the Burlington, Lexington, Louisville area and downtown Georgetown is such a cute area to walk around with some great food options! If you’re contemplating staying in the Georgetown area, look no further than Bleubird!
