This level also has a king bedroom with private bath as well as a queen bedroom with private bath and access to the exterior stairwell to the outdoor grilling area. The entire second floor of this home is the dreamy master bedroom with a king bed and attached bath which are sure to calm and sooth all your stress away- you will never want to leave! The master bedroom has an expansive walk in closet, sitting area, and deck access.

Property Security: For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have exterior security cameras located in the driveway facing the street, driveway facing the house and rear stairs facing the door.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
