Freshly refurbished by new owners this fully equipped holiday house is screened throughout, light and airy and the perfect location for families, couples and groups. There is plenty of room for children with a lounge room on the top level, and a family room downstairs opening onto a large covered patio with a bbq and a garden fireplace on the side.
Just a one minute stroll through the reserve to the pristine white sandy beach this is one of Moreton's best locations for that great holiday adventure.

The house was amazing! Very spacious, clean and excellent amenities, including the outdoor shower and toilet which was great. We utilized both the outdoor and indoor kitchen and it was wonderful to have a choice. We are very keen to book again and would highly recommend staying. The host was also very friendly and accommodating.

The view from this house and the closeness to the beach combined with very comfortable beds and ammenities makes this one of th4e best places on the island for a family get together ! We were a family of 10 with 3 couples and some large teenagers plenty of room for everyone to chill out.

The house is ideally located just a short walk from the island’s best swimming beach. The property itself was wonderful, offering multiple living areas both indoors and outdoors, which made it perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the décor was beautifully done with a tasteful coastal theme.We would recommend bringing large containers of drinking water, as the tap water is not suitable for drinking. While we managed by boiling water and refilling a jug, this was a little inconvenient. It’s also worth noting that there is no Wi-Fi and Optus phone reception is very limited.The property featured a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils, as well as an excellent BBQ area. The host was very informative, responsive, and a pleasure to deal with throughout our stay.Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found the property to be an ideal beach holiday escape.

Our party of 7 enjoyed our stay! Location was spot on, good facilities, particularly the balcony where we spent 95% of our time. Never cooked inside due to the bbq and outdoor stove top! Good lighting, views, comfortable beds, great showers etc etc! We will certainly be back.

Value for money in amazing location

Don the property manager was extremely helpful with checking in on both separate weeks we rented out the property. Accommodation was suitable for our team during our stay. I would highly recommend this place & would definitely rent it out again in a private capacity for a family holiday. Shop close by is expensive but it is handy to pick up additional supplies & even a burger.

Fantastic property

The outdoor space was by far the best part about this place. We spent a week of lazy afternoons/nights taking in the view and cooking on the outdoor BBQ. Beach just across the way and everything you could need for a relaxing stay on Moreton. We thoroughly enjoyed our week here and will be back. Plenty of room for us all to enjoy! Thank you so much!

Great location and facilities

The rental manager met us and took us through the property, well set up with outdoor BBQ, fireplace and as situated high, view of the bay are above the tree line. Property offers linen and encourage you to use this service verse packing your own gear. Bedroom options both upstairs and downstairs. Neighbours dog came in for a visit, she is a staffie but harmless and got plenty of pats from us, she just wanted to hang.

Good - Great location with partial views of the ocean. Fantastic house facilities to host our group. Bad - Lots of T&C's yet management didn't follow through on their end. We weren't provided keys and there was rubbish hidden throughout the house. The Stayz listing doesn't list the correct beds at the house.

Beautiful house on the hill! Our family of 12 fits nicely and we have thoroughly enjoyed ourselves chilling and enjoying the view on the balcony with daily visits from the local Kookaburras. Beach was 2 mins walk. Kitchens were well equipped. Now the bad.. We get visits from cockroaches in the bathroom which was fine if only insecticide was provided so we had to use the slipper to kill them. One of the pedestal fan doesn’t work and the other one in the bunk room was not good enough. Kids on the upper bunk cant get sleep as the room got too hot. A better and a good fan should have been provided instead. Overall we all agreed that the house was great apart from the above issues. Thank you for having us :)

Ideal beach house getaway

We had a really great week in this property. It was absolutely sparkling clean when we arrived (no mean feat on a sand island!), it was comfy to sleep in, the outdoor bbq/ cooking zone was fantastic and we had the friendly local Kookaburras visit us every evening. Seaview is ideally located, with a view of the sea, a stroll to the beach and a short drive to the local shop.
