About this property

3 Bdr 3 Bath Gulf Side Azure Beachfront

We were mesmerized and awed at the Azure complex the minute we drove up the entrance and were greeted by the lovely fountain in the middle of the circular drive. This is the most beautiful condo complex on the island and has won numerous awards for its design and landscaping.

Located conveniently to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. (You can walk up the beach to many of the attractions and restaurants).

We love being in a quieter location, yet only minutes from the activities in Destin.

Our unit has unobstructed views of the beach and you can catch site of the dolphins swimming by and the herons and pelicans flying over. We even have a front row seat on the huge deck of an occasional beach wedding.

You will be be delighted as you walk through the front and enjoy being able to watch all the activity from the gourmet kitchen which offers granite counters and stainless appliances. Fully equipped with all the necessities.
Since this is our 'home away from home', our unit is beautifully appointed and furnished to accommodate all your needs. (You will need to bring your bathing suit and beach towel).

Our 3 bedroom/3bath unit comes with gorgeous king size master with whirlpool tub, double vanity, separate shower, compartmentalized commode for privacy and his and her closets.. Sliding doors lead to the expansive deck with table, 4 swivel chairs and lounge chair to enjoy the balmy breeze and just relax after a day on the beach. Queen size bedroom and twin bedroom have their own private baths with shower/tub combination and flat screen TV's. Comfortable living room is open to the dining and kitchen. Large flat screen TV can be viewed from both areas. Mirrored wall allows for even greater view of the beach.

Laundry room is equipped with full size washer and dryer plus iron and ironing board.

Hopefully, we have left no need unattended. However, we welcome your remarks and if there is anything we can do to make your stay better, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

We were very pleased with this condo. It is right in the middle of everything we were wanting to do. Beautiful beach views during the day, crab hunting and beach walks at night. We were there for a softball tournament, and the full size washer and dryer came in very handy! We will definitely be back!

The condo was spacious, comfortable & full of amenities. The host was quick to reply and helpful with checkin. It’s also a prime location! Perfect, well equipped 3 bedroom condo located right on the beach with an amazing view! This unit is located on the 2nd floor which made is easy to access the beach/pool area as well as the parking garage. Loved having beach service daily! Azure is conveniently located with nearby grocery, restaurants, and great shopping just a short drive to Destin.

This condo was perfect for our family of 6. Plenty of space, each bedroom had its own bathroom, very clean. We would definitely stay here again. Very short walk to the crystal clear water. We ended our trip seeing a family of dolphins playing very close to the shore. Wonderful vacation!

The unit was very nice and very clean only hiccups was check in said after 3 and we arrived about 350 and the cleaners were still cleaning and the master suite living room and first bedroom on the left had some issues with lighting ( lights would randomly come on or off) but otherwise we enjoyed our stay. It was very beautiful and we would definitely stay there again!

We just returned from spending a week in Azure 216 with two of our adult kids, and three (to our surprise, almost four!) grandkids. The condo complex is beautiful, and very well maintained on the outside. The condo itself is so pretty, beachy, well equipped, and very comfortable. Three beds and three baths was the perfect setup for four adults and three children. I just wanted to drink coffee all day long and live on the balcony…what a gorgeous view!!! The only issue we had was when we arrived and couldn’t access the WiFi. I contacted the condo owner, and he took care of the issue right away. He is a wonderful person to communicate with, very pleasant and caring. Our entire family enjoyed the vacation, and this condo so much. We highly recommend it!!!

There are remote fan/light switches. If aimed inadvertently towards the bedroom the living room remote may control the bedroom light/fan as well. Sorry you were inconvenienced. My handyman checked them all and they are working as designed.

Unit 216 was beautifully decorated and very clean!

The cleaning service at this condo does a great job, probably one of the cleanest places we've ever stayed. It was our first time staying in the area and it was close to things yet far enough away. I wish the pool area had umbrellas and more tables but at least it wasn't overcrowded. The view from the unit was amazing. I wish there were access to the pool/beach directly from the unit instead of having to walk to the lobby but it wasn't too burdensome. Close to the pier and fireworks off the pier were a pleasant surprise. Unique also were the lifeguards that kept a close eye on things. The guys from the beach service were exceptional in comparison to the terrible service we received in PCB last year when we stayed at Edgewater Resort. The owner was very pleasant and quick to respond to any issues. It was a relaxing, low key vacation, beautiful area.

Azure rental

Property was clean but there are several things that need to be improved. Master bed headboard is loose and needs to be fixed. Master bath towel rack to the left of the sink is broken. It fell off when I hung up a towel. There are 2 cordless vacuums that are handy for picking up sand each day however, the Dyson wont take a charge so we were unable to use and the Shark works but doesn't pick up well even though the container was not full. It also blows out dirt, sand, dust when the head is lifted up. There is no drink pitcher in the condo. So if you want to stir up drinks, we had to use a large stainless steel pot and a ladle. The top blanket/comforter in the Master and the twin room did not appear clean. Both had what appeared to be chocolate stains-which will come out with a washing and the master pillow shams had either chips or cracker crumbs left on them. Sheets and pillow cases were clean but worn.
