Wrap around balcony with Atlantic Ocean on one side and the inter-coastal on the other side offers the best Daytona has to offer. Building has outdoor pool and hot tub along with a game room along with an exercise room. Condo is just minutes from downtown Daytona with the Daytona International speedway just minutes away. For those looking for their Disney fix, Orlando is just over an hour away. Space coast is a quick trip south and if you are lucky enough, can spot a launch right from the balcony.

We have been coming down to Florida and going to Vermont for years. When we decided we would make our vacation destination a second home, Vermont was a little to cool for my wife, so Florida was meant to be.

Why they chose this property

Salida Del Sol is really one of the best condos we saw during our property search. It has 4 units per floor, offering a level of privacy not seen in most other condos. The condo also offers really nice amenities that include a hot tub, pool, plenty of lounge chairs, game room and gym. The building is about 8 years old, so everything is practically brand new. Add to this, the 1,850 square feet and incredible views, we did not want to leave.

What makes this property unique

Floor to ceiling windows that offer incredible views of both inter-coastal and Atlantic Ocean. There never seems to be a dull moment on the water. You feel like being one with nature while watching the dolphins and occasional manatee. This unit was purchased with high end appliances and professionally decorated, so it really feels like a home away from home.
