Wake up to the sun as it rises over the horizons and the first rays strike Newport Beach. Agave is a superb 3 bedroom family holiday house that can sleep up to 8 people and is just metres from Newport Beach and a walk to the village.

There are very few places on the Northern Beaches that can cater for all family types and this house is one of them. It has flat level access from the driveway and the main level is the central hub of the house.

As you open the front door, you are immediately welcomed into a fantastic open plan living Dining Kitchen area that flows out onto the front balcony with the best views in Newport. They are just mesmerising, perfect for watching whales in season.

On this level we boast a seperate TV room, the master bedroom with stunning ensuite and a a second queen bedroom with ensuite. The master bedroom and TV room open out onto the outside terrace which is perfect for relaxing and reading a book.

For the teenagers and children - There is a brilliant separate cabana equipped with a 3rd living area and a double bunk room with 4 single beds. Here they can retreat to their own space. There is even a small kitchenette and another bathroom here for them as well.

Agave is a brilliant house and it comes with everything that you need for a perfect family holiday. Available at any time during the year, it is great for weekend getaways and weekly summer holidays

Note. Agave has a small self contained apartment on the lower level that is open to guests in December and January make a 5 bedroom property. Please check out Newport Surf Break to see summer listing. Please note we do have a full time tenant in the small flat February through to mdi December
