Nice cozy half side of duplex in the heart of the Eastside of El Paso with refrigerated air for extra comfort. The unit is clean and in a quiet location with all the amenities for travelers. Quick access to I-10 and close to plenty of shopping and restaurants. The space has plenty of parking. There are two bedrooms one queen and one full size bed. There is a washer and dryer as well for your use.

Enjoyable stay

Really enjoyed staying at the this duplex. It was clean, close by many restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Located in a very nice neighbor. Alex was very responsive to questions I may have had. Would definitely stay again.

I’ve been renting this property for several years when I come in town to visit my daughter and her family. It’s comfortable, quiet, clean and has a good air conditioner, something important to have in such a hot climate. The owner is friendly and responsive, so I have no reason to stay elsewhere.

Home is comfy and quiet neighborhood

We were in town for a week to meet our newborn granddaughter. We didn't stay at the home for long periods of time but it was fully furnished with everything we needed. Would definitely stay again without adoubt. The host was not needed at all but made contact via text to make sure we were good and had no concerns. Excellent place to stay at a reasonable rate.

El Paso stay

Property location was very near our son which we were visiting. Only issue with the home was that we could not get the ice maker to work. Communications with the caretaker were excellent as he checked with us after arriving. The online App for the door lock did not always work but the manual backup always did. Home was clean and well maintained. We recommend this property for anyone visiting El Paso. Walmart and Target were very close as well as many restaurants.

So much better than staying in a hotel

I appreciated the coziness of the property and it’s close proximity to my daughter and her family. The beds were comfortable and the AC works great. The extra large shower was a nice surprise. Very friendly and helpful host.

We were in town for a softball tournament and this place was in a great location. Very clean, not far from restaurants, cozy house!! We spend a lot of time at the fields so it was perfect for what we needed!!

This duplex was the perfect size and location! It had everything we needed. The neighborhood was clean and quiet. There was plenty of parking and conveniently located to grocery stores and restaurants. Alex, the owner, was easily reachable and accommodating. I highly recommend this house!
