Not an easy walk to the beach!

Normally I’m not one to write a review. However, I feel this listing is slightly deceiving. The listing says “walk to the beach” giving the impression that your just a hop, skip, and a jump from it. Since I’m not familiar with PCB I looked at the map of the listing and it looked pretty close. I’d actually say your probably a good 10 minute walk. Maybe not bad for some but, what it doesn’t tell you is that you actually have to cross 4 lanes of heavy traffic to get there! Combine that with children, a wagon, cooler, etc. and you might as well drive. Better yet, spend a little more for a place on the beach. Not only was that an issue but you’re renting in a complex where it appears that people live. One afternoon we were going to take the kids to the pool but someone was having a birthday party at the clubhouse keeping us from using it. Not happy kids! Also be aware that you are not aloud to have any visitors in your condo so if you’re going with a large group or have family in the area, they cannot come over. The place is spacious and relatively clean. There was trash left from previous renters under the beds and the master bathroom tub doesn’t drain well so by the time you’re done with your shower you’re standing in a tub full of water, and the owner should really think about purchasing newer appliances. You can’t wash more than a couple towels at a time (the owner tells you not to) because the washer won’t stay balanced. I didn’t go on vacation do several loads of laundry. I will say they had lots of board games and a video game system for rainy days even though we didn’t actually use them. Needless to say we won’t be staying here again.

Wonderful Place to enjoy!

We had some wonderful days, the place clean, beautiful, and tidy, plus everything you need is at hand just to enjoy. And if you like board games enjoy them because they have many. Of course, we will be back, I recommend them 100%.

Great Family Condo!

This condo has so much room! The owners have gone out of their way to give it a personal touch. There are games for the kids, beach toys, a grill, and so much more to this condo! The second bedroom is large with two beds that is great for the kids! The best part of the morning is watching all the fish in the bay from the balcony! I would stay here again!

Amazing place to stay !!!

We had a blast!!! This condo was so homey and comfortable. They had games for the kids, and adults. They had a ps3 , pool towels, beach umbrella etc. best people we have ever rented from! We will be back !!!!
