This 11th floor privately owned 1090 sq. ft. non-smoking condo features upscale stylish furnishings with soothing coastal colors. The living area offers a queen sleeper sofa and a large flat-screen television. The dining room table seats six and the breakfast bar seats an additional three. The fully-equipped kitchen features beautiful wood cabinetry and stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The primary suite has a King size bed flat screen television and access to the gulf front balcony and a private bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen bed flat screen television and access to the 2nd bathroom which also has an entry off the hallway. There are a set of junior bunk beds perfect for kids. This condo offers internet access and a full sized washer and dryer. The oversized balcony has plenty of seating options with an outdoor table and chair set for four plus additional chairs to enjoy the gorgeous gulf front views! Crystal Shores West is a 108 unit complex and boasts a prime location on beautiful West Beach in Gulf Shores. Enjoy a limitless view of the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico from your private oversized balcony. Enjoy such amenities as a zero entry outdoor swimming pool and hot tub fitness center game room with billiards and Foosball table sauna plus much more.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.

The Crystal Shores West HOA will be overseeing a major construction project to restore the breezeways and decks, with preparation and construction activities expected to take place from October 12th through early November. During this time, guests should expect loud and dusty conditions around the building, including construction noises such as grinding, jackhammering, and other heavy construction activity. Pricing has been adjusted to reflect the anticipated impact of this HOA construction, and no additional discounts or adjustments will be offered due to construction-related conditions.
