Brand new kitchen with all new appliances (Bosch, Fisher Paykel). Beautifully landscaped garden with heated pool and space for playing Badminton. Newly built spacious deck with awning, table, gas grill, overlooking the garden. Lots of places to lounge. Equipped with 8 lounge chairs, pool accessories. New ping pong table (Cornilleau) . 2 min. walk to kayaks on community beach, 3 min bicycle ride to one of the most beautiful public bay beaches in the Hamptons. Swimming, sailing, boating, paddle boarding etc.
Outdoor deck with teak dining table seating 8 and gas grill. Outdoor heating lamp. Outdoor shower.
