Paradise Palms Resort requires that we register all guests in your party, including children in order for them to access the amenities. Please provide those at your earliest convenience, for the children you can provide just the first initial and last name. If the names are not registered in the system, they will not be able to enter the community and will not have access to the amenities.

PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES)

• You may send packages to the home address during your stay. They will be delivered to the clubhouse and you will be charged $10 per package.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

PARKING: There is 1 marked parking spot in front of the home, there are additional spots throughout the community available on a first come first serve basis.

FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check in.

Guest Verification Process
For the safety of our guests and properties, we require identity verification for all reservations. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a secure link from our trusted partner, Truvi, to complete a quick verification process.

This includes:
• Uploading a valid government-issued ID
• Taking a short selfie for identity matching

The process only takes a few minutes and must be completed prior to check-in. All information is encrypted and securely handled by Truvi.

Reservations may be canceled if verification is not completed within the required timeframe.
