Our Condo:

• Located in phase 1, Opalo building, 6th floor, unit # D-601, just perfect & over 2000 sq. ft. including the patio

• Yes, we are in one of the two official rental pools at Las Palomas (OLP & Casago). This unit is operated by Casago. Your stay comes with resort access wristbands, daily maid service for 1st 3 days of stay, and all resort amenities

• 50' wall mounted LED TV in the Family Room, Premium Surround Sound System, Outdoor Patio Speakers & DVD player
• Dual Master bedroom and Luxurious Patio offers a 32' wall mounted LED TV with DVD Player
• High Speed Internet, plus Wi-Fi for your wirelsss devices
• 1 additional sleeping area that is a top-of-the-line brand new sleeper sofa with a queen size mattress, its so comfy.

RENTAL INFORMATION:

Wireless internet is available in the condo. All furnishings and accessories have met the strict requirement of the Las Palomas rental pool which will enhance your vacation experience. Only rent through a legitimate owner and receive the absolutely best rate available.

Our stay was wonderful. The condo was very clean and well maintained. It had a modern look to it and was very spacious for our family. The check-in was a lot less crowded then checking in at the resort. If you have been here before you would know how much time this can save you booking with this host. Thanks a million!

Awesome place!!

The stay was awesome, the place and the condo were amazing. the only thing I would change is the beds. Mattress and pillow are very uncomfortable in this room. But overall a great stay!!

Great Place - Management group not the best

The property was amazing. All the amenities, fantastic location, awesome space, beautifully decorated. The management process was a little difficult. Check in off site, kids couldn't charge to the room since it wasn't through Las Palomas. Management company was quick to get us out and didn't explain how to access resort amenities. Some clarity around that would be helpful - now we know for next time.

Nice visit

The owner of the property was fantastic to communicate. Checking in was a miss. The property was not booked properly in the system and we had to wait in the rental office for two hours while it was sorted out. Major buzzkill when you have 4 kids excited to be at the resort. On top of it, CASAGO provided me with pricing that would have saved me $400 if I wouldn’t have used VRBO. The 3 bedroom unit was nice. It looks like it’s in the middle of being touched up. Several areas have patch work but not currently painted. TVs are old. Cable TV only offered a handful of channels, none of which were the ones we wanted to watch for NFL and NCAA games.

Nice stay. Property could use some updating.

This is overall a nice property. It feels very clean and modern, a welcome change from some other units. That said, there are things that create issues. The blinds are not fully attached to the walls and are old. It makes it impossible to fully close the blinds and blackout a room. That was OK for me, but our 2 year old had a hard time falling asleep because it was still very bright in the room at his bed time. If you need/want darkness in the bedrooms it won’t happen here until the shades are repaired. Otherwise a very nice unit.

Property was very clean and nice. Had problems with . Had problems with remote controls.Only 1 working in main bedroom. were5 tvs. Went asked for help they told us they would fix next morning. Even after waiting they did not come. Until after couple complaints, 2 days after. Had kids wanted to watch tv. When registed they stated if band is defective bring it back. Same day we arrived at condo. 4 year old's band broke. Called them up they stated we had to go there about 1/2 away. Send my son to get another they did not even asked him about the other braclet. Which he had with him. They told him it was 80. When i complaint they said they would give money back. He was the one that paid the 80. They didnt give him the money. They stated I had to go get the money because i was the one that registered. Even though i had listed him on the contract. I dont know how many times we had to go back to casago just to get things done. They do not explain this when you book . I had problem with gym card trying to access the gym. Had to wait for card from casago. The waiter at the bar stated we could not get discounts because of the band color we were using.

Owner double booked and ruined our vacation

We have stayed at the Las Palomas resort on several occasions and have always had a wonderful time. We decided to bring my sister and her husband who were visiting from the UK. We arrived at Las Palomas and they couldn't find out reservation. We spent over an hour trying to check in and the resort finally got a hold of the owner. He said he never got our reservation through VRBO even though we had booked and paid in full 2 months earlier. He apparently had double booked. We were told that we could stay for 2 nights but not the other two. My young children were in tears. The owner then offered us his other property which was downtown and nowhere near the beach- not even comparable! We were refunded 2 nights but this did not include the taxes we had paid. The condo was missing the lounge chairs on the patio which my sister was looking forward to relaxing on. The kitchen was very sparsely stocked compared to other VRBOs we have used. The air conditioner was not working in one of the rooms and we wasted another 2 hours of our vacation waiting for them to come and repair it. They were doing repairs at the pool the whole time as well. All in all this was the worst trip to Rocky Point I have ever had. I would never book through this owner again.

Would probably go back.

Communication was great. Check in process was delayed over an hour. The room had some details that had to be tended too. Safe wasn’t working, missing kitchen chair being repaired, sleeper sofa broke, blinds broke, sink faucet about to break off. We did get the sleeper sofa fixed the next day and safe. The owner and staff helped to get these two fixed.
