This is a very nice 5 bed 3.5 bath pool home with lake view on the gated and guarded resort of Terra Verde. Located only about 25 minutes to Disney you will love this home and all it has to offer. There is a master suite on the ground floor with a king bed, one other bedroom which has 2 twin beds, bathroom with shower, lovely kitchen, family area and a games room in the garage! Upstairs there is one more suite with a double bed and en suite bathroom, 2 other bedrooms both with twin beds. There is one other bathroom upstairs too. This is a fabulous gated and guarded resort which offers a clubhouse, fitness center, movie theater, business center, community pool, tiki bar, hot tub, lake which allows fishing (catch and release), shuffleboard, basketball, childrens playground, mini golf, table tennis.....will you ever leave to go to Disney?
This reservation has a Firm cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 60 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 60 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 30 to 59 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 30 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.

Golden Beach

What a great resort, the house was perfect for all of us. I was worried about my mom climbing stairs but they have a bedroom with twin beds downstairs as well as the master. I would stay there again.

Great vacay

My family stayed here for almost 2 weeks. The place was clean and as advertised. We found the beds comfortable and the house was fully stocked. Pool heat and bbq rental was available for an extra cost. Only complaint was that it was closer to the highway than we thought and you could hear the traffic at all times. We have been to Tera Verde a few times and will definitely look at booking this place agian.

Nice little vacation home

We had a very good time and the house has its own charme. Some parts of the house could need some maintance, but all in one it is really nice and clean. Relaxing by the pool, having diner at the dinning area or play games in the garage made our stay even better. We did have some problems with the pool and the door key pad, but the owner fixed it immediately in no time.

Overall a great stay once they got the internet repaired. Very responsive to the need of a new mattress. Pot and pans were unusable and need to be replaced. Pool furniture could use some attention. Great location and great weather.

Great place to explore Orlando, the parks and much more

The property was in a great location on a really nice gated community. Generally it was as consistent with the VRBO listing. The property had a somewhat nostalgic feel and could do with some modernisation but our family really enjoyed the week and it was spotlessly clean and tidy. Whilst we did have a few minor issues, when we got a response from the host it meant that we could extend our stay beyond the normal check-out time which was great for our return flight home. Definitely check out the community pool which our whole family loved, beautiful and warm with the poolside bar meant we could relax there most afternoons. Overall very happy with our stay and would recommend to others primarily based on location and the community facilities.

Very relaxing

We had a great stay. The description of the house was very accurate except for the basketball game was removed before we arrived. But a quick email to the property manager with a quick response from them explaining that it was broken. Pool was clean, plenty of towels, and the family had a nice relaxing stay while not at the parks. That said it was not a bad drive to Universal Studios. We would definitely ask to stay here again.

Kitchen lacked standard pots and pans, it had a large stainless steel pan and two wok pans one was very worn out and food would stick to pan. Game room in the garage had no ac, there was an oscillating fan ceiling fan was not functioning and air hockey game was broken. Infestation of ants along the kitchen wall, bedroom and back patio. Ants were found in two of the bds even after exterminator came out.

Very spacious and well equipped. Needs some cleaning. Toaster is not working on one side. Light bulb is burnt at the front door. I texted the office and they never fixed. Hot water run out immediately, not good for 9 people.

Fabulous last minute change

After a last minute change due to storm damage, the town house was fantastic, the resort was the best we've stayed in, and the people on the resort were amazing, as were the property managers in sorting out a replacement villa with 48 hours notice! We'd definitely recommend and book again.

Disney 2021 X-Mas

This home is really good for big group taking a vacation together. Very clean and spacious. We couldn't find the blender but that a small set back. We had to ask for a late check out and the owner was very helpful and accommodating. Will definitely look to stay here again.

House needs a updated

No good internet connection! This house needs update TVs, blinds and pool needs a deep cleaning. Everything out dated in the house. No TVs in all rooms

Great place to stay!

This property was perfect for our needs! Close to parks and Give Kids the World where we were volunteering! Clubhouse in the resort is lovely and the view out the back is very relaxing!
