Overall very nice. Neighbors above were noisy because of no padding on the bottom of the kitchen chairs. Floors looked clean but left black on all of our feet when barefoot. Everything else appeared very clean, but other than that it was enjoyable and a great experience.

They were very nice and extremely easy to work with. The ferry was closed Friday they offered us a free night Thursday We couldn't make it early but they waved the fee for Friday night and we checked in Saturday. They were incredibly great to work with
