Experience the luxuriant tropical foliage as you enter this open concept home with sliding pocket doors opening directly to beautiful pool to allow for maximum outdoor living. You will be mesmerized by the fresh water canal, lovely sounds of nature and abundant vegetation. 5 rooms open to this private pool.This home has volume ceilings, huge well equipped kitchen open to great room. The well equipped kitchen has a pantry, large refrigerator with front ice maker, microwave, dishwasher and stove. There is a snack bar with stools. The great room is huge and is open to the kitchen to allow for visitation with guests as you are preparing snacks. There is a brand new entertainment center with 50 " TV and DVD player. There is surround sound for your enjoyment, as well as a boombox for easy listening. The couch, love seat and lazy boy allow for comfortable relaxing. Cable TV and internet are supplied.The master has a king bed, dresser with mirror, desk, large screen TV, and walk in closet, private bath with roman shower with rain tree shower head, double sinks, separate room for the toilet, love seat under oval window. Wake up to the view of the lovely pool.
The second bedroom has a queen bed, dresser with mirror, a walk in closet and also opens to the pool. The third bedroom has twin beds, a dresser with mirror and walk in closet. The twins could be combined to serve as a king. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination, roomy closet and also opens to the 30 by 30 lanai and private pool . It is equipped with 2 chaise lounge chairs, a table with 4 chairs, plus 2 extra chairs and ottomans. I just added a stylish wicker love seat, rocking chair, chair with ottoman and a chaise lounge chair to the lanai. The luxuriant tropical foliage and waterside setting is breathtaking. Wonderful location and fabulous home.

We were delighted to return to this beautiful home. The location is perfect, with plenty to do in the surrounding area. We enjoyed our daily walks and found the neighbours to be friendly and welcoming. Carolyn was quick to respond to any queries. We enjoyed spending time by the pool and watching the local wildlife. The house is spacious, clean and comfortable, with every requirement catered for. A veritable home from home and we would happily recommend this villa. We hope to return again next year. Little hiccup with the air conditioner going out our first day but Carolyn quickly dealt with the problem. We were amazed by the beauty of the home and surroundings. Our family had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay in your lovely home. Everything we needed was there and Carolyn is very helpful. We had a really great holiday and enjoyed our various trips, Kennedy Space Centre, Tarpon Springs, playing golf, going to the beach and relaxing by the pool. Hopefully back next year.

We really enjoyed staying in this villa. It was really lovely. Nicely decorated Having never been to Rotunda before, although we have been coming to the Orlando and the Gulf coast for many years, this was an eye-opener. The area was very clean and quiet! No noisy and fast traffic here.The only thing to wake you up in the morning was the chorus of birdsong. It may be a good idea to let vacationers aware that there are alligators in the canal that surrounds the villas.

When we walked in for the first time we said "Wow"

We have stayed at this property twice and will be back again. There are so many positives about this home: comfy indoor and outdoor furniture; a wonderful supply of kitchen items, sheets, and towels; pleasing decor; and very clean. It is a very friendly neighborhood and great for walking. If a light bulb or smoke detector or anything else needs attention, you won't have to make a second phone call to get it done. It will be taken care of right away. The birds are so entertaining. Also, there are so many restaurant, shopping and grocery choices and none being very far. Hours can be spent in the lanai/pool area since it is so relaxing and private. The beach is just a few minutes away. We are very thankful that we found this great spot.

Great house to stay at for visiting my Grandma

The house was clean and well taken care of by the owners. They were super responsive when I was unable to first get into the home. They walked me through the lock box system and made sure I was all set once I got into the home. I would recommend staying here.

This property is loaded throughout with quality, high end furniture, accessories and is well equipped. Renters have said that they have never seen a rental home with everything you could ask for. Simply fantastic!! In addition, I have an on site property manager to take care of any problem that arises.
