About this property
First floor condo 55+ community, not pets and a 90 day minimum stay, no smoking
View of St Lucie river, on ground floor and very close to heated pool, hardwood floors, open kitchen/living room plan. King size bed and has large closet. Quite and close to everything. Nice view of the river out the back. No smoking. This is a HMO association so we do both a criminal and background check. The check takes about a week during this time you need to read the rules. We also do a interview either on the phone or in person. There is a 100.00 fee for this. Also there is a 90 day minimum stay. For the winter months it’s 4 months
