Our first ever "unsatisfactory" stay with VRBO

We paid for 11 nights - stayed one night because of unsatisfactory conditions - spider crawled "on" my leg during my shower - large black bug crawled out of drain during my husband's shower-dead bugs in house we had to sweep up - front door stuck so only my husband could open with a shoulder bump-we've tried every day to discuss compensation for lost days - nobody would have continued to stay - we've stayed many times with VRBO over the years, the last time was in Houston in March,2022 - always gave and got good reveiews. Please, please help us 912-242-2231. We had so much money involved- Joann Wilson

Excellent, angler friendly property.

I was there participating in a bass tournament at nearby Lake Conroe. Property is very angler friendly with concrete pad able to accommodate boat and truck.

when booking it showed 2 rooms 4 beds, when we got there, only 3 rooms 3 beds, owner changed site

DATED! throw rugs that were sliding and covering curling tile. claimed to have more amenities then at location, 1 specific-grill! no dishwasher, the industrial/country theme wasn't working...Table for dining was wobbly and screws were falling out. One of the beds were being held up with cinder blocks. With all of this being said, the beds & pillows were comfortable, bed linens & towels clean.

We’re sorry you mis-read the description of our listing and were not crazy about the decor. The photos of the decor and each room were also available to view. The kitchen does not have a dishwasher and one was not listed. The photo of the kitchen, shows the entire kitchen and there is no dishwasher. I will definitely take this as a learning experience going forward and make sure my future guest have read the listing description, the amenities and house rules in its entirety. Nice and quiet

The property is in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our visit and it’s not far to shopping, eating or exploring. Would definitely stay again
