This property is in a great location on the river with spectacular views & close to the city. Communication & instructions from Andy were timely & clear. The apartment had everything we needed. It was disappointing the spa was out of action for most of our stay & the pool water was pretty cold but otherwise we had a great time!
Fabulous location, easy arrival and check in, well maintained property, well equipped kitchen, comfortable mattress and pillows. Loved the entry straight from the City Reach Boardwalk.
We absolutely loved our stay. The balcony with views of the river and Story Bridge was the best feature. Craig made the whole experience smooth and delightful.
This was the tail end of our 6 year stay in Queensland as we prepared to return to the UK. Having lived the rural life we wanted a city experience before leaving. Well this was perfect! The most captivating aspect of our stay was the view. It was one we never tired of. The flat was clean and well appointed. Craig was quick to respond to any emails and queries so we felt well taken care of. The location couldn't have been more convenient. Everywhere was walkable, the city, the riverside, and the bonus of plenty of restaurants on our doorstep. Overall an amazing end to our Australian adventure. Thank you!
Location and proximity to the riverwalk made the stay very good. As a guest I really appreciated the well considered guest guide and go-cards. There were some things I raised with the manager which he took on board. Manager was open to contact and checked in with us during the stay to ensure we were happy and that the unit met expectations. Views and outdoor space was a great place to laze and relax and we would come back again.
Overall had a great time with a comfortable and modern apartment.
It was an easy process from booking. Craig was understanding of times and did not hesitate to assist. The apartment was fitted with the simple things that are not included in hotels sometimes. Making it a simple home away from home feel. GREAT view. Seconds from the wharf with amazing food, lime scooters and about 35-40 stroll to the parklands. Which we did twice a day 🥴. 5 star apartment.
The view from the balcony and fantastic location is the standout. The apartment is spacious, clean , well supplied and exactly as listed. Communication with Craig was excellent.
