Three bedroom villa with a great location near One Mile Beach in Forster, you'll have plenty of room for the family to come away and enjoy a beach holiday or a quiet stay including some relaxing views from the balcony onto the bushland with the sounds of surf nearby,

Set across multiple levels, there is an open plan living, dining and kitchen area to stay in. The beds are all made up with linens and towels are ready for the two bathrooms, you just need to pack your own beach towels.

There is a lock up garage and carport parking available down the driveway and this property is pet friendly and has a fenced side yard with access via the carport. Whilst this property does allow you to bring along a pet, all animals must be kept outdoors at all times. Please respect these rules as your pets may inadvertently cause damages and leave lingering smells that are intrusive to other guests, as well as possibly incur charges for the extra cleaning required.

A bond applies to all bookings by way of a pre-authorisation on a valid credit card.

Great spot but given to us very unclean

The property was well suited to a family and had all the right amenities. It's located an easy walk to the beach. Unfortunately though, the property was provided to us in a highly unsatisfactory state, the lounge was filthy, all the window sills were dirty and didn't look like they had been cleaned for years, the mattress protectors were stained and disgusting. We had to spend a number of hours cleaning the property to ensure we felt comfortable. In saying that, we would go back if the property was properly cleaned better next time. We left it a thousand times cleaner than what we found it.

Very disappointing

We stayed in the property for a week but had no hot water on three days. The property manager sent an electrician to fix the problem, but then no hot water again. We had to cut our stay short as a result of this. I asked for a refund, which was approved but no refund given to date.

Walk to One Mile Beach

Beautifully presented top quality accommodation. Unfortunately, being over 70 years of age steps are an issue not just for me, but our dog would not climb them. Walk to One Mile Beach not possible for me. Other issue too far from main shops and restaurants. Perfect for a young family.

Forster holiday house.

Lovely property a very short walk to One Mile Beach at the Cape Hawk SLSC end in a quiet neighbourhood. Neat and tidy and easy to keep clean. We particularly enjoyed the pool table! Only improvements I would suggest would be wifi (non offered) and AC in the upstairs master bedroom.

Great Family Home

Had a great experience in a nice quiet neighbourhood. Please note that when we were there the clothes dryer tumbles but does not dry the clothes. Owners might want to address this. Other than that, this is a great place.

Beach get away

The property is in a great location and we enjoyed easy access to the beach daily. The balcony has a beautiful private aspect overlooking bush which we also enjoyed. The layout of the property is a little odd, although we found it comfortable. While it was generally clean, some areas obviously had never been cleaned, there was a thick layer of dust on all the lamp shades in the bedrooms and some crockery in the kitchen still had food stuck to it. Additionally some basics we're lacking for example hand soap in the bathrooms and kitchens. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Short break for year 12 2020

Great location for the property and only a short walk to the beach and surf club. Great coffee and egg and bacon rolls at the surf club. The dog enjoyed himself at the beach as much as the human family. Place suited our family. Thank you for the break.

Near one mile beach away from down town but easy walk to beach

Place was roomy and quiet great for our group. Easy to get to the beach and take the dog for a walk and swim.
