We had an amazing stay at this property! The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and the yard was absolutely perfect for our dog with plenty of seating areas to relax and enjoy. The location couldn’t be better—walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the lakefront, yet tucked away on a quiet, peaceful street. The hosts were so kind and incredibly responsive, which made the whole experience seamless. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!

We were happy to return to Baby Grand for our annual fall trip to Saugatuck. We appreciate the comfortable beds and look forward to sleeping in all weekend. Love the beautiful outdoor space and were happy weather was warm enough to spend a few hours sitting outside in the sun to enjoy it all. Location is perfect, walk out the door and you are in the heart of downtown Saugatuck in less than 5 minutes.

Lovely home with a beautiful yard. My husband and I brought our basset hound and cat and they both loved the fenced in yard and numerous patios/decks. The master bed was super comfortable. We enjoyed the close proximity to town and the waterfront and took lots of walks. Enjoyed curling up on the sofa to watch tv at night. Would return again

This is such a great rental. The house is all newly remodeled, and stocked with all kinds of amenities.The open floor plan was so nice. The kitchen was awesome for cooking. Would love to go back for a longer stay.

We live in Chicago, but always wanted a charming cottage for a few day getaway from the city. Our puppy Bailey loves it as well! We would love to share the baby Grand with you to savor the essence of a Michigan summer.

Why they chose this property

We love the history of the community as well as the history of the Baby Grand. The front part of the house was built in the late 1800's and then two other additions put on with the master bedroom and bath the finishing touches in 1997. We fell in love the minute we walked through the front door.

What makes this property unique

If only walls could talk we would find out the treasures that this house contains. So many finishing touches were added whether by the decor or by the seclusion of the garden. You would never know you are only two short blocks to downtown and the hustle and bustle of a busy harbor side town.
