Baby Grand

Fantastic! Lovely neighborhood! House and property are VERY well maintained. Even better than we expected. Gracious hosts with great information, easy check in and out. House is incredibly well stocked. It was tempting just to stay at the property and enjoy it!

Perfect Hallmark Getaway!

Nestled on a tree-lined street, this charming cottage is just a short walk from the picturesque downtown of Saugatuck. Upon entering this beautifully furnished home, you'll find yourself surrounded by a soothing neutral palette and all the comforts of home—and then some! The owners have considered every detail! The backyard boasts a beautifully landscaped setting reminiscent of a park. and offers several lovely seating arrangements for curling up with a favorite book, enjoying a barbecue, or unwinding by the fire pit. Our visit to our favorite spot was wonderful, and discovering this hidden gem made it all the more special! We're eager to return soon! Our Favorite Place to Stay!

We absolutely love staying at The Baby Grand in Saugatuck! We came in May for the 1st time and couldn’t wait to be back in the Fall! Darius & Suresh really have thought of everything. Fully stocked closets and cabinets, huge yard that are furbabies love, gorgeous neighborhood that’s close to everything, and they’re happy to chat with you anytime! We will come back again & again! 10/10 recommend!

Fall Getaway

Our favorite place for R&R is Baby Grand in Saugatuck. The house is always a welcome sight not only for its beautiful curb appeal, but also knowing what lies ahead inside: a beautiful and thoughtfully appointed home with every necessity and amenity imaginable. Darius and Suresh have thought of everything to make your stay as easy and relaxing as it can possibly be. We love coming every season of the year, knowing we will want for nothing.

Great cottage!

We stayed for 4 days at the cottage and everything about the cottage was fantastic! We brought our dog and the yard is fully fenced in, so we could let him run around off the leash without worry. The cottage itself was very clean and very nice, and the owners were extremely quick to respond to the one question we had. The proximity to downtown Saugatuck made it super easy to walk into town whenever we wanted. All in all, I can’t say enough good about this cottage!

Close to town, a beautiful yard, and great accommodations.

This is our second stay here and we look forward to future stays. This home is a peaceful oasis that is walking distance to downtown restaurants, shops, and ice cream. The yard is big and fenced in, the BBQ grill works great. The house is well stocked and well kept. We bring our dog, and he loves hanging out in the yard, walking in the neighborhood and downtown, and exploring the numerous parks in Holland, Saugatuck, and Douglas.

Everything about our stay was fantastic! My favorite part was the backyard- so well landscaped and inviting to sit back and enjoy a glass of wine. Very clean inside. The bathrooms were all updated and beautiful. Would stay here over and over again!

Outstanding!

Wow - what a home. I just can't say enough about this place. Clear, quiet, comfortable. Everything you need is provided - especially in the kitchen. Any utensil, cookware, and appliance you need, they have it. We made frequent use of: Grill Microwave Coffee Maker (cone filters) Oven Dishwasher Tea percolator ...and everything was perfect. It's a short walk to Uncommon Coffee Roasters, where we went every morning. Central AC keeps you cool when needed, and the outside - good gracious, beautiful. 10/10. We are already planning our return trip.

Each visit to Baby Grand just gets better, with something new to enjoy each time. We've stayed in many different months of the year, but the yard in Summer is something to behold. Best First-Time Stay! Meticulous Rental and Perfect Yard for Our Dog

Book this place! We recently had our first stay at any VRBO rental, and it was the best experience we could have hoped for. The property was absolutely meticulous, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. The cleanliness and upkeep were top-notch, making it a truly comfortable and inviting place to stay. The yard was a standout feature, especially for our dog, Elton. It was perfectly maintained, spacious, and safe, providing the ideal space for Elton to play and explore. It’s was such a perfect setup for our furry family member. A huge thank you to our hosts, Suresh and Darius. Their hospitality and attention to detail made all the difference. From the seamless check-in process to their prompt and helpful communication, they ensured we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Great property

We had a great time in this house. Very clean, all the amenities. Even a fancy bidet lol! The second bedroom is not very big but it does the trick. The yard is gorgeous and inviting. The location is top notch, too, with a short 5 minute walk to get in to the middle of town. I also found the owners to be responsive and friendly. Highly recommend.

Relaxing long weekend

Our family enjoyed a long weekend of beach time, dining out, and relaxing wind-down time at baby grand! The location is quiet, yet walkable to everything in town. Very short car ride to Oval Beach. The home was clean, the yard was beautiful, and there were many board games available for evening family time. Our son opened the closet and exclaimed “Wow! This is AWESOME!” :) A minor glitch checking in to the home was quickly rectified by our hosts and the remainder of the weekend was absolutely lovely.

So perfect, we are already planning a trip back!

The Baby Grand is SO cute and cozy. The hosts thought of EVERYTHING! The kitchen is fully stocked with all you need, the yard is absolutely beautiful, and the location could not have been better! It’s an easy walk to Butler and Water Streets. The home was super clean and inviting, with lots of windows and natural light to show off the gorgeous weather we had during our stay. We would 110% recommend it to anyone!

We live in Chicago, but always wanted a charming cottage for a few day getaway from the city. Our puppy Bailey loves it as well! We would love to share the baby Grand with you to savor the essence of a Michigan summer.

Why they chose this property

We love the history of the community as well as the history of the Baby Grand. The front part of the house was built in the late 1800's and then two other additions put on with the master bedroom and bath the finishing touches in 1997. We fell in love the minute we walked through the front door.

What makes this property unique

If only walls could talk we would find out the treasures that this house contains. So many finishing touches were added whether by the decor or by the seclusion of the garden. You would never know you are only two short blocks to downtown and the hustle and bustle of a busy harbor side town.
