Large 5 bedroom home..5 bathroom. Get married at the beach or nearby Sample Mc Dougald, or other venues. We are not set up for onsite weddings, or parties. Don't miss this! Size does matter. Huge home is minutes to beach, use NE 4th street east to NE 26th Ave, south to Atlantic blvd, east to beach. Room to get away from each other also! Relax in one of the many sitting areas, open or covered patio. Under mango tree and more. In Large dining tables, sitting areas, laundry room. 5th bedroom is private suite with TV, bath, walk in closet, wall ac unit. Close to Greg Norman designed community golf course, blimp base, and more. Park your jet at nearby air park. Take a Champagne flight at sunset for 2. Nearby Deep sea fishing, jet ski rentals, scuba lessons, horseback riding lessons, plane lessons. Newer city pool, 6 blocks away. Close to restaurants, malls, Isle casino with gambling, poker, harness track. Swim daily at Sands restaurant as you enjoy the good food at lunch and dinner and watch the yachts go by on the water. Go out west and take a ride on the airboat and watch for gators. Hard Rock Hollywood casino has billion dollar expansion with 40,000 sq. ft spa. Added roulette and other games. So much fun here! Varun & Nova’s wedding

After traveling for over 8 hours it was wonderful to be able to check in earlier than should have. Lori and Marshall gave us a tour of the beautiful home, and a warm welcome. Very nice and clean home with everything needed to make our stay feel at home. Will definitely recommend stay again!

Beautiful Home

The home was very beautiful and looked better in person than pictures! The beds were comfortable and the home was very spacious! We loved the backyard along with the other amenities the home had to offer! The first night there was a minor issue and the owners responded quickly and resolved the issue right then! I will definitely stay here again! Thanks Lori and Ed

Lots of room!

Loved the tiki bar outside - great for hanging out with friends. So many rooms in the house; it worked perfectly for our group on a corporate visit to HQ. Good location near many restaurants and shops.

I met the owner of this large, interesting property in 2005. A chance to buy it came up in 2010, and I just knew it was meant to be! Having so many guests here, its been wonderful. Please enjoy your time here.

What makes this property unique

So close to ocean, yet such a big property would be much higher there. This home is large, affordable, and plenty of areas to relax in. 2 kitchens in one home is a plus. The large laudry room also. Driveway holds 6-8 cars. Size does matter!
