A New York transplant, Ryan fell in love with Colorado while stationed at Ft Carson for the past three years. During that time he has traveled all over the state for work as a helicopter pilot and for pleasure as a food, beer, outdoors and music enthusiast but has always returned to Colorado Springs for its perfect mix of outdoor and small town downtown entertainment. Having a downtown home from which to enjoy many of the local restaurants, breweries, venues and events has made Ryan's time in Colorado an immensely enjoyable one. Add to that the numerous outdoor adventures one can embark on from this centrally located, classically restored house and you can see how Ryan is going to miss living in this home. Ryan is currently deployed to Afghanistan and this 3 bedroom 2 bath downtown home is professionally managed and taken care of by his friend Summer who'd be happy to accommodate your next stay here.

THIS is the perfect spot to enjoy Colorado food, craft beer, museums, college events, wine, festivals and makes for a perfect base camp from which to embark on and return from any outdoor adventure.
