Nice location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Return trip to Avon Center. Defiantly would stay again at this location. Perhaps to an updated unit however.

Dated but clean

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Carpet in the bathroom Is a bit weird. Kitchen is minimally equips. Furniture and decor from 1980ish. Needs a re-fresh but it is clean and functional.

Nice location and clean condo

The location was as advertised. Very easy to access the slopes and surrounding areas of Avon/ Beaver Creek. Condo was a good size and had everything we needed. We would book again in the future.

Excellent Location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was in a perfect location to enjoy local restaurants and get onto the Gondola to Beaver Creek! The condo itself although a bit dated was very clean and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We will definitely be coming back!
