Nicely remodeled 2 bed/2 bath condo unit at Golden Bay Club, half a mile from the beach, walking distance to all services: groceries, drugstores, gas stations, restaurants, banks, shopping, church, synagogue, park, pier and much more. Located in the beautiful and prestigious city of Sunny Isles Beach half way between Miami and Fort-Lauderdale fully furnished and equipped: beach chair, umbrella, beach cart, cooler, etc.… Unlimited long distance call to the US and Canada, free WiFi, cable TV, non-smoking, no pets, 1 parking space in a garage included. A one time 75$ registration fee needs to paid at the office upon arrival. The condo association has 24 hours video surveillance outside the condo unit in all the common areas. Nice quiet location

The pictures do not do justice. This is a beautiful condo..the owner is very good about communication and Gorge is amazing. The balcony has a great view of the bay. I read what others had wrote about the parking space and rented a compact car. Pretty much the only way to get in that spot is to back in so I was able to perfect my parking skills ;) When you get there do not forget to go to the office and pay for your parking permit. The lady is very nice and offered recommendations of things to do with my son while we were there. There is a nice pool area with gas grills and tables to eat at. The beds are firm and the pillows are even more so you may want to bring softer pillows if that's not your thing. A few things that would have made our stay a little better would have been a few more towels so we didn't have to do laundry, cleaning products, more than one garbage bags for a week stay, pens and paper, and some type of board games. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

Perfect place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was clean, everything worked, we had everything we needed for a care free vacation. Beautiful beach was just 10 minutes away, we walked pretty much everywhere. Jorge is very pleasant to work with! Check in and out was a breeze. I would highly recommend this property and definitely would stay again! Thank you so much!
