Tropical Condo On The Ocean 1 BR/1 BA


Please note: We require a 28 day minimum rental.

Located on the Ocean at mile marker 90 on Plantation Key, in Islamorada, we have beautiful sunrises from the balcony and gorgeous sunsets from the rooftop. Peaceful and away from the highway. Sleeps 1-4 people with a King bed and a Queen sofa bed. The bedroom and living room open to a balcony where you can watch the sun rise over the ocean.
A fully equipped kitchen with new appliances and a coin-op laundry on each floor. WiFi and Cable TV included, and a 40 inch flat screen TV.
The amenities include a large heated pool on the ocean, a sandy beach, and beach side tiki’s with charcoal grills to BBQ. Bring your bikes or kayaks, storage available.
Conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, fishing, diving, boat and kayak rentals etc. There is a grocery store, liquor store, dollar store, movie theater, sports bar, Post Office, and more close by. Short driving distances to John Pennecamp State Park, Everglades National Park, Theater by the Sea, Wild Bird Sanctuary, and the Dolphin Research Center where you can swim with the dolphins.
About an hour and fifteen minute drive from Miami International Airport and about 90 minutes from Ft. Lauderdale Airport, will bring you to Islamorada, the 'Fishing Capital of the World' and our tropical condo.

Well stocked and clean

We had the bad fortune to be at the Sea Gulls Condoos during maintenance- painting, structural work etc. Monday through Thursday we heard Beeping of high rise rig used to get worker to the floor they were working on and drilling sounds that rival the dentist office.. there was no getting away. From it because it was heard in the condo or the pool. The LR furniture was not comfortable and luckily we has some folding chairs that we used for seating. Lynne was helpful in check in and available to answer any questions.

Great location to spend time in the Keys.

Spent last month (Feb. 2021) at the Seagulls Condo and really enjoyed our time there. Property grounds and heated pool were lovely. There’s a nice beach area to BBQ with a Tiki. Our host was always available to answer any questions. Check in was a breeze and we really liked the quiet location and how close we were to restaurants and shopping. All in all a great place to stay.
