Welcome to this great condo to have either a Disney visit or to rest in winter time !

You can expect a fully furnished condo in this Premier gated vacation community of Legacy Dunes Resort in Kissimmee, Florida, located just 5 miles from Walt Disney World.

The nicely decorated living room has a Queen Sofa Bed, a 49' Smart TV with cable and a X Box game console with games.

The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, a large walk in closet and King size bed, with Beautyrest Eurotop mattress.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all amenities you should require during your stay. It has all appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. There is also a coffeemaker, toaster, blender. Off the kitchen there is a laundry room with washer/dryer and an iron with ironing board as well.

The kitchen area opens to the living room/dining area. This condo sleeps up to 4 people.

Upon arrival, you will be provided with starter with detergent for the kitchen, the dishwasher and the washing machine. As well as toilet paper. You will have to replenish these items as you use them. All linens and towels are provided. If you bring towels to the swimming pool area, please be sure to bring them back to the condo.

The unit will be cleaned before your arrival and after you check out. It is your responsibility to keep the condo clean during your stay.

Check in is at 4:00 PM and check out is at 10:00 AM. We need this time to have the cleaning service prepare the condo for the next guest. The condo will be inspected before your arrival and immediately after your departure. We kindly will ask for your ID with photo to send you the instructions before your arrival.

Legacy Dunes Resort has a beautiful tropical swimming pool, with a beach style entrance (ideal for kids). There is a second swimming pool for more exercise ! The clubhouse has TV room and game room. During your stay you will be able to use the fitness center, play basketball, volleyball, tennis and let you children go to the children's playground. and much more. A great resort for the entire family to enjoy.
For all those activities you will use the access card left in you condo.

Legacy Dunes Resort is located just 5 miles from Disney off of 192/Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy. There are several restaurants and shopping centers conveniently located near the resort.

This was our second stay ‘At sea’ we really like the position of the apartment, nice area, convenient to get to major parks. The condo has had new flooring since our last stay which was lovely. The condo has everything you need should you wish to cook, a hairdryer and straighteners in bathroom but I bought my own so can’t comment on what they are like to use. This time the 5g in the area was dire and the free WiFi wasn’t much better, made it very difficult to try and do a Tesco order for when we got home and ended up doing it at one of the parks. The bed is THE most comfortable bed I’ve slept in and I have had to look up where I can purchase the mattress! All in all we very much enjoyed our stay, thankyou

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was very comfortable and clean and suited for our small family of four. The location is central to all the themes parks and is close to many restaurants and shopping plazas. I would definitely stay here again!

Very clean and safe environment that was perfect for our stay. Accessing the resort and the home was very easy, and the amenities offered were very much appreciated.

Great stay

Only 15 min from the parks and really close to a lot of nice restaurants and fun stuff to do. There’s also a target nearby which was convenient and so is the gas station right outside the apartment.

We enjoyed our stay at Four Corners-Legacy Dunes! The location was great and really close to Disney World. We also enjoyed our time relaxing at the pool. It’s splash pad and pool was so much fun for our 3 year old!

"At Sea" was a great find!

Loved our stay at our condo! Very pretty and just like the photos! Legacy Dunes is a great gated community, very nice pool and very easy to get around. We were close to the parks, ESPN center and any shopping or eating out you wanted to do. Mr. Willaerts was very nice and made our booking and leaving very easy. The condo had everything you needed! I would highly recommend this unit!

Disney Vacay

We typically stay off- show for our Disney trips, and this was our first time staying at this property. It did the job, but traffic in this area is horrendous and we never had a drive quicker than 30 minutes to any of the Disney properties we went to. Coming home wasn't too bad, but if you're wanting somewhere within a short drive to the parks, this may not be it. The condo itself was nice and the property was quiet. We felt safe and everything was cleaned well when we arrived. The only bathroom is in the master bedroom which was a little inconvenient when the toddler would go to bed before us, but again it wasn't a huge deal

Great location

The condo at Legacy Dunes Club House was the perfect place for our mini vacation. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We had great communication with our Host from the very beginning. The checkin process was very clear and easy to follow. The location was great and within driving distance of a some of the places we visited such as Animal Kingdom, SeaWorld and Disney Springs. We did not get a chance to check out the pool but based on the pictures it looks amazing. We definitely recommend this place and would stay here again! Thank you!

Clean and Comfy

Had a great time in our temporary home away from home. The unit was clean and very comfortable, all that we needed was provided. The property was safe and had ample parking. True to the pictures it was beautifully decorated! No real complaints except that it is a little stressful to have all the linens washed and dried for a 10am check-out, but a small inconvenience given all the great amenities. Would gladly stay again on our next Disney trip. Thanks for the great hospitality Vincent!

This unit was perfect for a 5 week stay I recently had in Florida. The pictures were accurate, the community was quiet and well-maintained, and the host was very responsive and proactive with information. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen well stocked with quality items, and the location is prime for easy access to shopping, almost any sort of dining one could want, and easy access to Walt Disney World. I truly appreciated my time, and the professional and courteous interactions with both the host and their local property manager.

Spot on.

Great experience. The owner communicated all we needed in advance and made it easy to access the condo. Being set way back off the busy road and gated makes this a very secure location. The grounds were lush and very well maintained. The condo itself was very fresh in appearance, perfectly cleaned, and furnished in a modern way. Our 13 year old daughter slept wonderfully on the pull sofa. The workout room on site was well equipped and the pool area was very spacious. The entry is conveniently located next to gas/store and a Dunkin Donuts as you head for the parks or wherever you are going. The gates of Disney are only minutes away. No hesitation in recommending this as a great place to stay, and we will certainly be back.

Nice condo, the host is super responsive. We had an issue with noise the first two nights messaged the host and he immediately contacted property management for us and no other noise complaints. The property was having the roofs replaced while we were there so it was noisy early in the morning. Kitchen was stocked although we didn’t end up cooking like we planned. Washer and dryer worked great, came home with all clean clothes. The water pressure in the shower was a bit soft. Bedding was nice and comfy. Overall a nice stay!

The air was not working properly it was 78 waking up sweating. It was supposed to be quiet time after 10pm people upstairs was stomping across the floor till after midnight I just had a chemo treatment an just wanted to rest and relax this was not the place to do it
