A nicely updated 4BR 2BH home with an outdoor firepit, nicely maintained lawn and patio, updated kitchen and cozy bedrooms so you can enjoy your stay in Pittsburgh. Because we are in the borough of Green Tree we are only allowed to rent monthly.
There a Jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom and both bathrooms have walk in showers.
This is a quiet neighborhood with few rental properties. A municipal pool is in the neighborhood as well.
About the House:
Heating and air conditioning controls are in the main living room.
Trash Pick Up is Wednesday and every other week we recycle.
The garage is for your use but there is a storage area off the laundry room we use for our own storage.
EXTRA SUPPLIES:
In both bathrooms there are plenty of extra towels, hand towels bath mats, etc.
In each of the rooms with beds there are extra linens. There is also a space heater there too.
THE basement is a separate suite. There is a gas fireplace, separate.
The television has Internet access.
The downstairs refrigerator is unplugged since it is rarely used.

THE KITCHEN:
The kitchen has a set of pots and pans as well as a full set of dish ware and glasses, etc.
OUTSIDE:
If you want to use the gas grill the quick-connect for the grill is located near the above ground water tap at the end of the wooden deck.
Outside fireplace as a gas turn-on valve on the side of it. You will need to light a match to get it started. Please replace the cover.
MASTER BATHROOM:
Turbo charged tub has some sensors built into it such that the air jets won’t work unless the water is covering them.
The shower water temperature controls are reversed from the normal way they should be. We bought the place that way and got used to it.
The skylight key is behind the door.
BEDROOMS: there are two bedrooms with queen sized memory foam beds. A third bedroom has a twin bed and the basement Is set up as a mother-in-law suite with a queen bed.
THE PATIO:
We get a lot of compliments on our back yard. It's fenced for privacy and has a lot of seating for a leisurely cookout.
SAFETY AND SECURITY:
911 answers all calls. On the way to this house you passed the police department and fire departments.
HIGHWAY ACCESS:
The access to the 387 (the Parkway) is off of Poplar Street.
PARK:
If you have kids, there are two parks in the neighborhood. Wilson Park you probably passed on your way to the house. In the summer they have a municipal pool that is open. Resident passes are available. Also, If you continue westerly past the house there is a kid’s playground area at the end of Sheldon.
Schools are in the Keystone Oaks district and the bus stops all along Sheldon.bathroom, dinette, etc.
