hi. This house was great! It's very close to UT and walkable to the campus and stadium. House was very nice and comfortable with great amenities. Checkin and Checkout was very easy. Would definitely stay at this house again. It absorbed our group easily!

House was very comfortable for the 5 of us. We did not need to rent a car as it was well located. Best part was the super responsiveness of the host. Cool house.

The kitchen had a lot of amenities. Oil, spices , pans were available. Wish we had a listing of all items prior to checkin.

This home is beautiful and very spacious! It was five of us, and we had plenty of room. Plenty of towels and everything you need in a kitchen. We cooked a meal. You'll enjoy this historic home.

The ability to check in early was problematic and was told several times that they would let me know the day before we were to check in. On the morning of the day of check in before I traveled, I reached out yet again for the maybe 5th time to be told again that they will let me know in 24 hours/the day before check in if I could check in early. The property is great...they check in/check out flexibility needs to be improved on.

We were a family group of 3 couples who rented Dozier for a long weekend to attend our granddaughter's UT dissertation defense and celebration. This is a fantastic historic home that has been beautifully renovated and decorated. It was immaculately cleaned. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the coffee bar with supplies was greatly appreciated. There were ample bed and bath linens. The beds were quite comfortable. We loved the spaciousness of the home, with large rooms in which to gather, and yet each couple had a room to relax and refresh. The off-street parking is a plus as well as the location, which is close to downtown and the university. While the weather was very hot during our stay, we still enjoyed the back patio areas for morning coffee and nighttime drinks.
