We had the most amazing stay at this mountain house! The views were absolutely beautiful .the house was Very clean , and had everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again !!
This home has 3 levels of large living spaces and a beautiful view to the West of the mountains and sunset while we were sitting outside on the upper deck. The house was very clean, well stocked with towels and convenient to the summer music festival at the resort. One key feature this home has is that each of the bedrooms has a private bath. One thing I missed in the listing when I selected this property was that it is NOT airconditioned. The house was 84 degrees when we checked in at 5 pm. Fortunately mountain weather even at the end of July is cool in the evenings and we were able to open all the windows. After a few hours the temp inside was comfortable . The neighborhood is exceptionally quiet. Thank you for sharing your mountain home.

Review
The home itself was nice. Great location and wonderful sunset view. We were disappointed in the cleanliness upon arriving. Evolve touts extra cleaning for Covid, however, the home appeared to have a very quick cleaning with many things left undone so I would say not even close to a normal cleaning much less a Covid cleaning. The property manager was slow in corresponding. I emailed on 10-12 and received a reply on 10-15. When I arrived for check-in, 2 work trucks blocking driveway. Workers were painting/staining house - said they did not know anyone was coming. Odd. They showed back up a day or two later with ladders all over house. When they would move the ladders, they would bang them VERY loudly up against the house with no regard for the occupants. We had already asked them how long they were going to be there so they knew we were disturbed with their presence. We called the property manager who eventually got back to us and advised they did not know the painters would be there. Said it was the owners. Not sure what was true but someone should have known what was going on and stopped any work while the home was being rented. Very unprofessional Bottom line, the home, had it been clean, was nice but not pleased with Evolve. The home, for the cost, would be better with a Smart TV so you could at least sign in to your own service. 20 stations on a rainy day, not great. I would rent the house again but would not with Evolve if I knew they were the mgt co.

Hi Lisa, we're glad you enjoyed the location and beautiful sunsets! We take it seriously when guests let us know that we missed the mark, and after sending your feedback to the homeowner, we'd like to share the following:
- We use a professional cleaning company who has always done a great job and the house is inspected before each check-in.
- The construction work was scheduled for when the house would be empty, but with the last minute reservation and winter weather coming, unfortunately, we couldn't postpone it.
We apologize for any inconveniences during your stay and appreciate your feedback. We hope to be able to host you again soon!

Amazing Stay
Last year my family of 5 kids and myself stayed in a hotel (two connecting rooms) in Boone for their first time skiing. This year for a little more room I was looking for an affordable house to rent and found this gem! It was perfect with all bedrooms having ensuite bathrooms plus an additional bathroom on the main floor. Close enough to the Ski Resort that we were able to come home for lunch each day. The home was spotless upon arrival and unlike other rental properties it was fully stocked with paper towels, dish detergent, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, garbage bags, etc. Also there were plenty of towels for 8 people! I had brought extra supplies just in case and didn't need them. Extra surprise, as we were packing up the car, 6 deer came out of the woods across the street and walked right into the next driveway to get to the woods behind the house. The kids have been talking about this being the best vacation and I would agree. Being in a home rather than hotel was wonderful! For me, the bonus was the affordable price of the home - more space for about the same price as staying in a hotel. The host was wonderful as well - my GPS led me astray and she called while we were in the car and didn't get off the phone until we arrived at the house. She responded to any text questions I sent within minutes. Overall, I highly recommend renting through Evolve and we will be back next year!
We enjoyed our stay very much. My husband and I came for our 40th wedding anniversary. The house is decorated beautifully and has all the amenities that you need. The view from the back deck is wonderful and we saw lots of wildlife come through the front yard. There is one thing in need of attention which is the lights in the stair wells. They are all burned out and at night we had to use a flashlight to see to get down them. The ceiling is very high and the bulbs can't be changed without a ladder. A few suggestions would be to install stair lights so that you can change them easily when needed. Also there is no place for soap or shampoo in the shower in the master bath. A shower caddy of some sort would help. We were told that there was no trash pickup at the home but the city has installed "bear boxes" with trash cans inside and we wondered why we could not put the trash there. So we took our trash bags to the recycle center like we wre told and was told that we needed a permit from the home in order to leave our trash there. The attendant there was very nice though and finally let us leave our bags. But he said that the rental agency should know this and should update the information on the website. Overall this is a wonderful home and we enjoyed it immensely. We would definitely love to stay here again.
The Drive from Peachtree City, GA was great. We have visited the Blue Ridge area often and this cabin was as good and in some ways better than others. We lucked out experiencing nice mild sunny weather and beautiful foliage changing to cold and snow flurries back to sunny beautiful weather. Lucky us. So we totally enjoyed the fireplace and the back deck for sunsets and Mountain Views. Played golf and toured Grandfather Mountain, which was so convenient. Thanks for the experience. Traveled back to GA along Blue Ridge to Asheville and continued enjoying our vacation.
Placed needed some TLC, lightbulbs changed, leaking faucets, furniture repairs, basement fireplace attention, privacy curtains in bathrooms, nicer bath towels, and coffee pot vs single serve.
Again thanks for sharing your home away from home.

The pictures look just like the house and the game room was our highlight as my husband and our 4 adult children (ages 17 to 28) visited Beech Mountain to have a a little get-a-way to do some hiking and relaxation. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils as I was able to prepare and cook breakfast and dinner for us all. We had an amazing view and picture perfect mountain sunsets from the top floor balcony. Everything essential and even non-essentials were made available to us to have a very homey and luxury stay.
We came for a low key weekend to unwind. We are 5 adults. This house is beautifully furnished, has plenty of space to spread out and amazing views of the mountains. Very close to hiking areas and ski resort. We will stay here again.
There are other houses around this house but it was still very quiet and safe. Other houses do not obstruct the beautiful view.
We saw amazing sunset from the deck and watched many shooting stars in the night.
The rooms were as described. However, no toiletries were supplied.
Kitchen was well equipped with toaster, coffee machine etc. but the pans were worn out and should be replaced.
Basement was fun for the kids. Ping pong table and dart board was an added bonus.
Checking in and checking out was very easy. instructions in the email were accurate. We wanted to extend our stay by one night and it was a seamless transaction. Thanks to the owners for accommodating our request.
This place has no AC. It was a little hot inside but we were out most of the time and spent the evenings on the deck so it wasn’t an issue.
I will recommend this place to my friends.

Quick ski trip
Great place to stay for ski trip. Able to spread out on the 3 levels. Kitchen was stocked with the needed supplies.
Was close enough to Beech ski to come back mid day for lunch and a break. Love the area!
Only thing missing were little bars of soap in the bathrooms. Expected there to be some. Bring your own!! But made a quick trip to Fred’s Mercantile and was able to find some there.
Tri level was great with young adults that had their own space to hang out, watch tv and play ping ping. Only (2) suggestion I would make is to have more towels and have TVs in the bedrooms.
We had a wonderful time and the house was everything we thought it would be! Very spacious and beautifully decorated. We came up for snow and were not disappointed!! Only thing missing was a hot tub!!
Started snowing on the way in to town and ended on the way out. Town did a great job of clearing the ice on the roads, but I would still prefer 4 wheel drive. The place was great. We could have fit another couple with kids (we had two families and more than enough room.
We were happy with our stay at this Beech Mountain property - great views, plenty of space and games. Very small TV made it hard to watch football or movies, but we spent majority of the time on the ping pong table and enjoying the company. Would stay again.
