This is to clarify that there is also a beach path in front of our property that only takes 2 mins of walk to the beach. Of course, it is highly recommended that you get a rental car to get around the island. Thank you for your input !

Felt like home great welcoming Love the area, long bay beach nearby. The fact that t’armèrent are chairs, umbrellas and kayak available to guest. Very nice place! However if you really want to visit all the beaches and restaurants, bars etc I suggest that you rent a car it’s really worthwhile giving the taxi cost ,

We went to Turks & Caicos for kiting. We really enjoyed our stay at Sun Sea Sand. Our Unit and the entire property was quite nice and great value for Turks & Caicos. Short walk to the beach for kiting (which is excellent). The SUPs, Kayaks and E-Bikes were really nice for the no wind days. Sunsets on the upper deck were terrific. Overall, our expectations were far exceeded.

SunSeaSand is the perfect place to stay for a kiteboarding vacation! The property is a five-minute walk to the beach and only two minutes to beach access - I walked with my gear down to the water with no trouble. Make sure you rent a car and stop at a grocery store on the way; the kitchen has everything you need to prep meals (no oven, but I don't need that when I have a toaster and a grill). The grounds are GORGEOUS - I cannot emphasize enough what a wonderful job Joseph the caretaker has done with landscaping. Speaking of Joseph, he is an amazing host; he checked in with us almost every day to make sure we had everything we needed, and he even cracked a green coconut for us one day! We utilized the laundry and a cooler while we were there, and if the wind hadn't been kicking every day we would have used the paddleboards as well. 10/10, will stay again!

Loved my stay!

This space was just as described. It was nice having the pool steps away from the condo and the beach a few blocks away. The sunrise is at Long Bay beach and worth the trek.... this beach was amazingly quiet! Having a washer & dryer allows you to pack less! Peter was a great host and my only warning is that you must be prepared to deal with the sounds of construction! It’s happening all around starting at 7 am. I will be back because this space had everything I needed! Thank you for sharing this space!

We were hoping for a fairly quiet and peaceful retreat, but theee are 3 fairly large buildings going up very close to this property and so we woke at 630 a.m. each morning to.a small army of construction workers making noise with power tools. they also work Saturdays. 🙄 NO warning from the property.

Everything you need

Went with my 16 yo son for a week of kiting, unfortunately an unusual week of no wind ☹️ Sunseasand A was perfect with an easy walk to kite beach with Kayaks and paddle boards, a pool out our back door, and easy drive to several snorkel spots right off the beach on Grace bay side. Mornings on kite beach swimming laps in beautiful turquoise waters and almost no one on our beach. 😊🐠 Joseph, property maintenance, was efficient and helpful when we needed a few things. Ann, the manager along with Marcelo were fast to respond by message thru Vrbo. She was kind enough to shift my stay dates by one day when I realized I was off by a day, and gave us a late checkout (no one coming in). The spot really has everything you need, quiet, away from big resorts. I will be back! Thanks for everything 🤗

Great location for exploring Turks and Caicos I’d recommend

Clean and updated (new) interior with a shared pool and gated location walkable to long bay beach. My husband and I stayed in studio A. There’s plenty of storage (cabinetry and storage drawers) so you can put things away and keep the unit tidy. We love that’s there’s a grill. The complex had other units (different sizes) for rent, we would definitely bring our family. Pros: The studios are super clean with vaulted ceilings. Nice furnishings Grounds are well kept and there’s beach chairs, umbrellas and other items that make a beach vacation much easier Pool was beautiful. outdoor showers to clean up from the beach. The neighbor hood was made up of newer build villas and vacation homes. Close walk to a beautiful beach Overall friendly relaxed vibes Cons: You’ll want a car if you stay here to explore (to eat and shop) the island. We expected that but it’s worth mentioning Small powder room with pedestal sink. separate from shower. You need to enter the shower from the studio unit hall, and keep your sliding glass door curtains shut for privacy, not a huge issue all bit again worth mentioning.

Emplacement!

Premier voyage pour nous aux iles turquoises! Nous n’avons pas été déçu de notre hébergement! Le studio était très propre avec beaucoup de rangement malgré sa petite taille. Tout était fonctionnel et en excellente condition. La communication avec l’hôte était excellente et rapide! La plage située à 3 minutes de marche était magnifique et peu achalandée. Nous avons profité des kayaks et paddle board à notre disposition. La terrasse pour l’apéro est un plus! Magnifique couchers de soleil et vue sur l’océan. Le studio est très bien situé, à 10 min de Grace bay et de l’épicerie. 15-20 minutes de l’aéroport et pas tellement plus loin de Sapodilla et Taylor beach. Nous recommandons l’endroit sans hésitation et espérons pouvoir revenir bientôt!

We had a lovely stay at Sun, Sea, and Sand. Staff was super friendly! Quiet and convenient. We'd never used VRBO so getting the code to check in was a little confusing. Good a/c, comfortable bed, newly remodeled or built.

Great time TCI

Had a great vacation at Hoc's place on Long Bay Beach. The accommodations are as pictured. Hoc was very friendly and a pleasure to get to know. He also had an on site property manager who was available for any assistance needed. The walk to the beach is very close and the water and beach area was gorgeous. The only reason for the 4 star rating was the construction that was going on nearby, which was in no way a fault of the property, just timing of others building around the area. I will definitely return!
