The condo is in a great location and Ray was instantly responsive to anything we needed and extremely helpful. Stores, restaurants very convenient and it's a very quiet neighborhood.

Central Location

Location was centrally located off Shea Blvd. Pool area was nice. Gym is very small with no weights. Condo needed to be deep cleaned after contractors did work. I had to sweep and mop on arrival because my socks were filthy. This condo is on the ground floor, but tenant above is incredibly loud from 2-4 AM! It was very irritating to be woken up every morning at that hour! High priced for the little sleep we got each night. This place is for sale. I would want the lady upstairs out! Or the place needs major insulation sprayed between floors.
