We would like to welcome you to Unit #115! This downstairs two bedroom with two bath (sleeps up to 6) Mammoth vacation retreat is a bright corner unit with an open kitchen with granite countertops.
This size unit allows for 2 vehicles
Living Room: Get comfortable with plenty of seating and enjoy a crackling fire from the sandstone fireplace with a wood-burning stove. For your entertainment the owners provided you with a flat screen TV and DVD player.

Dining Area: A spacious table with comfortable seating for 6, with an additional 3 benches available at the kitchen bar.

Kitchen: This spacious and open kitchen has all basic cooking and eating utensils you need for cooking up a feast. This unit has a regular drip coffee maker.

Sleeping arrangements: The master bedroom invites you to rest in a king size bed after a long day on the slopes or hiking the Eastern Sierras. For late night privacy there is an extra TV. The second bedroom welcomes you with a queen and a twin bed. Again, this room offers a TV as well. The twin sleeper sofa will provide additional bedding for your family or friends.

This condominium offers free secured Wi-Fi (network name and password will be located in the unit)

Seasons 4 year-round common area amenities include: hot spa, dry sauna, restrooms with showers, game room with pool table, ping pong table, foosball table and laundry facility. Summer only: heated swimming pool, community BBQ's, and horseshoe pits.

Building management was very good. Overall, the unit was functional, well located and served its purpose. It’s VERY DATED though…. Should’ve cost far less than what we paid. Hasn’t been updated in probably 30 years.

Great place

Overall, property was great. Fantastic location, not quite walking distance to Canyon Lodge, but with a shuttle bus stop right outside our door. The place was very clean, which we appreciated. The only negative is that the master bedroom mattress was quite uncomfortable and sagging in the middle. Since I have a bad back, that was a little bothersome, but otherwise the place was great.

Pleasant stay

Comfortable, convenient two bedroom condo. Good location—ten minute walk to gondola or two bus stops. Nice community hot tub. Condo shows some age. Old furniture and amenities but clean and convenient. A bit pricey for what you get.

Good place

The place was nice. The refrigerator self needs to be looked at abd the bathroom light switch might need to be replaced. It comes on and off. Other then that the place worked great
