Good spot.

Not very close to walk to slopes or village but car or shuttle is pretty easy. Hot tub was filled when we went, had to wait a while for kids to be able to soak.

Can't Beat The Location, Accommodations Were So-So

The location is perfect. You're just about equal distance from the Village and Canyon Lodge. You can walk it (10-15 min,) or take the frequent shuttle (5-10 min) which is essentially right outside the door. Calling this remodeled is a bit of a stretch - parts of it have been remodeled, yes, but not all. This place is small - it can sleep a lot, but the common areas are small. You can't seat everyone to eat at the table or on the couch area at once. Multiple things fell off the walls when we were there, kitchen faucet broke, you have to spread everyones showers out throughout the day if you all want hot water.That being said - the property management was phenomenal. Extremely communicative and responsive to any and all needs and fixes. If you're prioritizing location, you can't beat this place.

Great Place

We enjoyed our stay in Mammoth! Nice, well appointed condo. Kids loved the rec room & pool. Sauna was and jacuzzi were great! Definitely would recommend.
