Location, location , location! This 4 bedroom - 2 bath home on the 23 MM with large private dock is close to many of the most popular restaurants, night life and golf courses at the lake. Excellent view of main channel boat traffic with cove protection from the large screened in porch.
Location is ideal on Hwy KK with Margaritaville 1 mile away . Large swimming dock with use of kayak, lily pad, paddleboard, canoe and fire pit are just a few of the amenities. This lakefront property has a boat launch nearby and a place to tie up as large as 38 ft boat.

Perfect Ozarks Getaway

I cannot say enough great things about Kelly's Place. It had everything we needed for a great weekend at the lake. The dock was the perfect place to hang out and we especially loved all the water toys. The house was clean and stocked with amenities. Kelly was super communicative and welcoming. We couldn't ask for a better place to stay during our time in the Ozarks and hope to visit again soon. Thanks Kelly!

Slept great!

The house is better than advertised. Location is great (easy access from Osage Beach) no crazy windy roads that make you car sick while heading to the lake. Everything was very thoughtfully designed and arranged. It was great. I really appreciated it. However, best part was the beds. I slept like a rock. Best beds I have ever had in a VRBO. We will be back.

Birthday get together

The property was better than expected and Kelly was great to work with! The dock was definitely the highlight for us. You can see the main channel, but due to breaks at the beginning of the cove and the location of the adjacent dock the water is very calm. Great for floating, kayaking and paddleboarding. The dock also has a couple umbrellas, chairs, loungers a canoe and paddleboard. Due to the occasional rain we sat in the screened in porch quite a bit and it was very spacious and relaxing. The kitchen had everything we needed and there were plenty of TVs. The location seemed close to everything, but we didn't leave the dock or the house much to explore. The one issue we had was corrected swiftly. Unlike most LOTO lake properties we've stayed at, this one wasn't too far off an actual two lane road. Great all around experience!

Was very excited for this property but after Two days in was faced with a termite issue that caused us to eventually cancel the entire trip and desperate for other lodging not happy with the hassle and issues encountered throughout the stay. Owner tried to fix issues but kept coming back not going back to ozarks and definitely not here

The termites were a very unfortunate event that happened during Cindy's stay. In the 12 years of owning this property, there was never a sign of termites until this stay. The initial treatment by licensed pest control was not enough to completely eliminate the problem. Cindy and I both decided it was best to cancel the rest of their stay as the pest control company trenched and treated with extreme measures. The termites have not been back since the date of that extreme treatment, June 23rd. Again this was so unfortunate that it happened during their stay. I helped them find another place to finish their vacation here at the lake.

A Wonderful Trip!

The pictures of the property do not do it justice; it was absolutely beautiful. The kitchen, bathroom, and kitchen supplies were well stocked and ready for our stay. My favorite part was sitting on the dock and looking at the stars. The location of the property was also perfect; we were within a 10 minute car ride of everything we needed and we loved that we could dock our boat at our the rental. It made it super easy to re-stock the boat mid-day. Check-in was incredibly easy. Kelly simply texted the door code to me the day prior to my stay. No hassle at all! Kelly was also very responsive and checked in to ensure we were comfortable during the rental. There was a small amount of mold in the upstairs bathroom. However, I believe Kelly has remediated the issue subsequent to our stay. Overall, I would highly recommend this rental to any potential renter. Happy VRBOing!

Super relaxing getaway!

We had an excellent, relaxing week at Kelly's Place! The location is great, close to restaurants and area attractions. The house was comfortable and cozy. The screened in porch was everyone's favorite spot in the house. The main attraction though was the dock! The furniture on the dock was so comfortable and the umbrellas were perfect to create much needed shade. The cove was quiet and perfect for swimming and water sports, or my favorite just floating and relaxing! There were also a selection of floaties and a kayak for guest use, so much to do! We returned home relaxed, rejuvenated, and tanned (or burnt)! Kelly was super helpful with everything we needed and went above and beyond! I highly recommend a stay at Kelly's Place!
