Your Colorado Getaway is a 3600 sq ft family friendly home accommodating children with wheelchair accessibility. Newly remodeled with new flooring, paint, furniture, appliances, mattresses, linens & dishes. The back yard includes a 12-person jetted hot tub, fire-pit, BBQ grill, horseshoe pit, & pirate-ship playground. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee bar, 2 laundry rooms, WiFi, 4 smart TV’s w/ cable & DVD players. 2 game/toy rooms including an air-hockey table & a Foosball table.

Your Colorado Getaway is located 5 minutes from I-25 near the largest highway interchange in Denver where I-25, I-270, I-76, and I-36 come together. You will be 15 minutes from the Denver Bronco stadium, Rockies Field, The Pepsi Center (Home of the Nuggets & Avalanche) Less than 10 minutes from Water World (Colorado’s largest water park), Boondocks Family Fun Center (Go-Karts, Laser Tag, Miniature Golf, Ropes Course, Bumper Boats) and the Butterfly Pavilion. Only 15 minutes to Downtown Denver.

Your Colorado Getaway hosts are looking forward to meeting you at check in. Upon arrival one of us will meet with you to give you a tour of the property. We will provide you details on how to use the hot tub, fire-pit, gas grill, horseshoe pit, Murphy beds, and televisions. During your stay your hosts are only minutes away, waiting to hear how we can be of service to you. Your hosts will meet you at the time of check-out to walk the property with you to help ensure all of your possessions leave with you.

The Colorado Getaway was an amazing house. Very clean and organized. Communication was very easy and Irene was very attentive and responsive. The house was stocked so well and you can tell that Irene loves taking care of her guests. I look forward to staying here again for future family gatherings.

Couldn't have asked for a better place

This place was perfect for a large group. We were in town for a wedding and we had 15 family members staying here. The 2 kitchens were so handy cooking for a large group. Our host was very attentive and if we needed anything she was only a phone call away! Would definitely recommend staying here.

Irene and her husband greeted us with a warm smile and gave us a very detailed welcome to their beautiful house. They decorated it for Christmas and it was so pretty! Prior to our trip Irene contacted me to go over sleeping arrangements to customize our stay as much as possible. She even made sure to put our age appropriate toys for the kids!

Jay and his family were a blessing to be in our home. We loved hearing the children play. We appreciated their communication before and during their stay. They washed all the dishes and removed the trash before they left. We would recommend them to stay at any property. They are in the hotel business....so they truly know how to take care of a home away from home.

Family Wedding Retreat

Irene was fantastic! She showed us all around the place and how to use everything. She went out of her way to make it nice for our entire family. The grandkids loved the pirate ship, balloon swords, hats, eye patches and digging for buried treasure. The place was great for 6 families and very well stocked. It is the best home we have stayed in yet.

This is a wonderful place to stay

Irene was a wonderful hostess... they thot of everything from step stools for the little children to hooks for wet towels and swimsuits. Also a well equipped kitchen for making meals. If you stay here you will be well taken care of. The place is much larger than it looks in the pictures. Lots to do for everyone.. from hot tub to corn hole to air hockey.. It’s a great place!!

Everything was very nice. There was not one person that could complain about anything. We had 15 people staying in the house and another 13 people visit with us daily. Plenty of room for all. The backyard is fantastic. All had fun and no complaints. For large family gatherings, this is definitely the place.

Great Host! Great Stay!

I have stayed at about a dozen rental homes with basketball teams and this has been the best experience we have ever had. The house easily fit 19 of us and did not feel crowded. Irene is the most attentive host I have dealt with. She made sure everything was perfect for us and showed us how to do everything from the fire pit to the hot tub to the Murphy beds during check-in. The property is really good, but the host makes it GREAT! We will most certainly be back.

Wedding prep...PIRATE STYLE!

This property was perfect for us! We held a rehearsal dinner there, pirate swords were drawn, eye patches were worn 'jauntily' over an ear (safer sword fighting...), and family, groomsmen, and mother of the groom all survived. The wedding nearby was gorgeous 😍 and we didn't have to drive home and back for all the festivities! Not sure how many were there, but the age range was 71 to 3 months, and we all enjoyed ourselves.

Family Vacay

This property suited our needs. We had 10 adults and 6 children. The home was well stocked with supplies along with additional "bonus items" that the owners graciously supplied. The listing said 8 bedrooms, but there were only 6. (Not a big deal for our group). Kids loved the backyard play area, and hot tub. Irene was always helpful and cared about our comfort. Great property.

You won't be disappointed!

This was our first VRBO rental so I was a little nervous. We are from Amarillo TX and my daughter who graduated high school wanted to go to Denver for her trip. There were 19 of us total, 4 families. This house was perfect! It's a split level house with plenty of room for everyone. We love to sit outside. The backyard is amazing! This place has plenty of entertainment for the kids from games to air hockey to playing outside in the sand and boat. The juccuzi was amazing and so relaxing. The kitchens are fully stocked so it was easy for us to cook meals just like we were at home. The host was very welcoming and made sure we had what we needed. The location was perfect for our trip and within distance to the Denver zoo. Aquarium and shopping. We will absolutely go back! This place deserves more than a 5 star rating!

Property was immaculate and comfortable for the 4 families with kids that made up our traveling party. Kids had a blast with the backyard play areas and the adults were pleased and happy to hang around the fire pit and other gathering areas. The kitchens were well stocked with necessities for cooking and we never felt on top of one another. The neighborhood felt safe and parking along the street was ample.
