New 3 bedroom, detached Holiday Home ****, close to the sea

Our new detached holiday home has three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open plan kitchen / dining / living area, a big covered terrace with wide garden overlooking the picturesque Istrian landscape. The villa has it's own parking space. It is fully furbished for your comfort: fast wifi connection, sat, flat, big screen tv, outside grill, dish washer, laundry machine.
We are only a few minutes drive from the town centre and a variety of beaches, in a small "old fashioned" village just outside Umag. The village itself offers few very good restaurants, a little grocery shop, an osteria, a local bar, a gim.

Why they chose this property

The setting is quiet and calm. It seams to be somewhere far from the busy world, but in reality you are just few minutes away from it. The open view to the nature with no buildings or houses in front from the back garden and that special nice, relaxing feeling that is just great. The house itself has large spaces and it is difficult to feel crowded.
