Seaside house 117m2 - Beachfront

The Seaside house combines both traditional and modern architectural elements. Located in Chrani Messinia, 35 km from the county capital, Kalamata and just 40 meters from the beach - sea. Spread over an area of 2 acres with rich Mediterranean flowers and trees. It has a spacious kitchen as well as a spacious lounge with a fireplace for cold evenings. The bedrooms are two: one with a king size bed and one with 3 single beds. Both bedrooms have A / C and large fitted wardrobes. If you are several, there is clearly the opportunity to sleep on the sofa in the living room.

Unique part of the house is the spacious terrace with a glider where you will enjoy relaxing while admiring the amazing view to the gulf of Messinia. Note, also, that there is a large grill for barbeque evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped with many electrical appliances (refrigerator, kettle, oven, coffee maker, dishwasher etc.)

Note that mobile WiFi package for 10GB data is provided.

Our COVID-19 advanced cleaning tips:
 Before she cleans, cleaner is washing her hands, and put on impermeable, disposable gloves. The gloves are being thrown away after each clean.
 After each stay cleaner air and ventilate the property for several hours.
 High-touch surfaces are being cleaned and disinfected after each stay using detergent and hot water followed by disinfection to kill germs on surfaces.
 Low-touch surfaces are being cleaned using hot water and detergent.
 Towels, linens, and other laundry are handled by professional laundry service using the hottest setting.

We had a wonderful holiday in Evgenios' house. It's close to the beach and offers a beautiful view of the sea and the Mani. It's equipped with everything you need for a holiday, even better than the online description suggests. Evgenios responded immediately to any questions we had. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back.

Wonderful holiday home, just 5 mins to the beach with beautiful views of the sea and The Taygetos mts. The house is very spacious, with a fab terrace and is very well equipped and comfortable. Excellent communication with Evgenios and Machi.

Ruime vakantiewoning aan zee met alles binnen handbereik

Het huis is ruim voor 4-6 personen. Veel privacy. Rustige omgeving met een strand aan het einde van het pad. Echt geweldig om zo dicht aan zee te zitten maar wel hoog genoeg zodat je een prachtig uitzicht hebt. Fijne airco in huis hadden we wel nodig want het was erg warm. Omgeving heeft restaurants en supermarkt op loopafstand maar niet te druk. Wij willen hier zeker nog een keer terugkomen.
