311 - Perfect 1 Bdrm with Stunning Views!

Welcome to your zen zone! Magnificent ocean views – enjoy the ocean breeze, the soothing sound of the waves and watch the spectacular sunrise on this expansive car-free beach. You may even see dolphins passing by. Great place to view SpaceEx launches. The unit has one large bedroom (king bed) and one very small bedroom (futon) and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The ocean is approximately 50 feet away, the pool 25 feet from the unit. The deck provides both direct ocean and pool views. This condo is equipped with the best of everything including its own washer dryer combo.

Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided.

New Smyrna Beach Vacation

This property was excellent, it was well cared for and very comfortable. This was the perfect time of year to go (late August.) Everything you could need was provided, and the bed was very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

Surf Sojourn

This was a last min booking as I extended my stay in New Smyrna. My host was super communicative and accommodating. The apartment was super roomy with a great layout and ocean views from the balcony. I was the only guest but this would be great place of a couple. The auxiliary bedroom would easily accommodate a child or friend. I was in town to surf specifically, but the building seemed to have some great onsite facilities that would make one’s stay fun and memorable. I would certainly stay here again or recommend to friends.

Amazing!

This condo is the best we’ve ever stayed in! The unit was updated, clean, and wonderfully stocked with bedroom/bathroom linens and with all kitchenware! The unit had all updated appliances with in-unit washer and dryer which was super convenient for us. The view from the unit is gorgeous, the balcony furniture was sturdy. We aren’t big television watchers, but it was really nice that the owner has their Roku set up so we could sign in to our streaming services and watch some of our favorite movies/shows in the evenings. Communication with the owner was great! We’ll be back, and we totally recommend this unit to anyone!

Amazing View!

This condo has a great southern exposure so you have the sun a little longer on the patio. Everything was clean and as pictured, and very nicely decorated. The bed was amazing, the most comfortable I've slept on including my own. For a while the houses/condos directly south will be getting a lot of foot traffic due to their extreme storm damage. I can't blame everyone for stopping to take pictures, its a eerie view. It provided a lot of people watching sitting at the patio chairs overlooking the ocean! Working with Cate was amazing, we had no problems at all, replies were within hours to our emails and she provided access codes with out us asking. Just put a parking pass in the car and start enjoying the week was all we had to do to check in.
