Whangapoua Luxury Haven - Private Retreat

Welcome to our Paradise!. This Oasis is a perfect getaway for a winter break or for a stunning summer holiday. Large new executive home sitting on its own private 3 acres of land. Uninterrupted views of the beach & surrounding areas. Private retreat. 15 Minute walk to the beach or take the Quad ATV 6 seater!. Huge Deck Open & covered to enjoy the surrounding views. Whangapoua has it all, swimming, surfing, tennis, diving, kayaks, fishing, waterski. The Estuary is perfect for young children away from the surf.
Guests will have a wonderful uninterrupted stay. You can contact the local Property Manager or owners on email or Mb.
Special Conditions; Min 4 nights stay, smoking outside only, deposit required to confirm bookings, confirmed bookings from 20th Dec until End February require 4 weeks cancellation. All deposits are non refundable unless booking is replaced in full. All other bookings need 2 weeks notice. Full details by email enquiry.
Note 3x Large Bedrooms = Sleeps 7 x adults in total.
3x Ensuite Bathrooms.
Plus separate office.
Garage Excluded from booking, but property has tons of parking.
Note $250 cleaning & Laundry charge per stay, which covers linen (Sheets, towels, tea towels).

Absolutely Amazing

This home is fantastic. Everything you could reasonably want: great house, great amenities within, and view to die for. Do yourself a favor. Stay here. You will not regret it.

From this house you can only speak superlatives. design and comfort in a fantastic location of the house. Here, everything is in place. The incredible facilities. A luxury that is hard to find in New Zealand. I recommend those who like the previously described.

Property and views are even better than the pictures. Amazing place and area! Would highly recommend and we will definitely be back!!!
