Welcome to your ocean-view Caribbean home away from home at Point Pleasant Resort, F5.

This renovated premiere ocean-view studio suite, La Dolce Vita, offers free 100mb Wi-Fi, beautiful island and bay views, and a comfortable middle-resort setting for a relaxing St. Thomas getaway. Ideal for couples or solo travelers, F5 sleeps up to 2 guests and is located in the upper high-rise building at the middle level of the resort, with the lobby, activities center, laundry facility, restaurants, and lower and middle pools all nearby.

Recently renovated from top to bottom, the suite features a king-size bed, a renovated spa-like bathroom with a large shower, a fully equipped and renovated kitchen with full-size oven, cooktop, and microwave, an indoor dining table for 2, a large flat-screen TV, and a cozy seating area. The main living areas offer island and bay views, while the private balcony includes an outdoor dining table for 2 and two chairs for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. Parking is conveniently located near the entrance to the building.

Point Pleasant Resort is approximately 8 miles from the airport. Rental cars are recommended for guests who want to explore the island, though taxis are often available near the lobby. Complimentary shuttle service operates from the resort lobby throughout the 15-acre property from 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM daily. The resort is also close to Coki Beach, Coral World Ocean Park and Aquarium, the ferry to St. John, and Magens Bay.

Great location!

The photos are on spot. The location of the resort is great. You can walk to Coki Beach and Margaritaville. There are two restaurant's at the property's resort (one is a beach bar). Be sure to get groceries on the way there. Note, the resort is very hilly; not handicap accessible and would be tough for persons over 70. We had a great time.

Wonderful place to stay!!

This property was exactly as pictured, which I loved! The location was great! You can quickly get to the beach, restaurants and activities. If you want to venture out more from the resort it's a quick taxi ride to more restaurants. I definitely recommend.

Wonderful getaway in a up to date beautiful condo. Alison thought of everything you would need. In quite area walking distance to beautiful Coki beach and a quick ride to the Red Hook ferry. Eat in the restaurants - good local cuisine.

The place is clean, modern, and lovely. The Ninja blender was a nice surprise, we made smoothies in the morning and blended rum drinks at night, and that view certainly didn't hurt!

Beautiful view

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Point Pleasant. The condo is absolutely adorable and even nicer than the pictures suggest. Updated and very well appointed, you can tell a lot of thought and care went into the process of making this an enjoyable experience for guests. There are three pools, all very well maintained and the grounds are beautiful and spotless. The best part is the gorgeous view outside on the balcony and we spent most of our time there. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Alison's home was comfortable, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. She and her housekeeper were responsive and accommodated our extra requests whenever possible. Word of warning that the Point Pleasant property is steep. Make sure to bring comfortable shoes if planning to walk to pools or restaurant. Also getting a taxi to/from the property was difficult at times since we were only 2 travelers, so allow a buffer. Walk next door to Margaritaville along beach path was pretty easy and convenient. Make sure to visit Lindquist Beach!

Indeed, the terrain of the area, and in fact all of the USVIs is steep in many areas, but that’s what’s responsible for the dramatic vistas and scenery. Beautiful property

We stayed for 5 nights at the end of June 2024. The property is exactly how it looks in the photos! Gorgeous views from F5 and lots of other condos. Everything we needed was right there. We loved the location. The beach on property is not much of a beach. But, cool tide pools, little sea creatures and extremely beautiful and quiet. We went to the bar on the water. Best food we had on the island. I kept going back n forth about renting a car. Just do it! These are hills that anyone would want to walk on food. Its extremely mountain like. Worth the car rental for sure!

Lovely place

This was a perfect place for two people. Enjoyed the view on the patio every morning while having breakfast. A quick 15-20 minutes away from shopping or dinner. Also a K-Mart was close by for anything you forgot or might need. There was plenty of utensils, dishes that you would need for cooking. If you plan on cooking there are no basic pantry items in the kitcken. Not even salt & pepper. A quick walk to Coki beach, which is a must. Can't wait for our next visit! Alison was always quick to responed to anything that I needed.

Total perfection

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying in this unit for six nights and were so sad to leave. Everything is just right, from the decor and comfy bed to the luxury shower and perfect location. It was great to have access to the resort laundry, pools and restaurants, and the staff is super helpful and accommodating. We walked all over the resort and never needed the shuttle, but it’s just a phone call away if needed. Being 10 minutes from Red Hook is convenient for getting to Moes grocery and the ferry, and Coki beach is a short walk or taxi. The views are mesmerizing and the kitchen is loaded with everything you need to cook... I cooked every day. We loved the grill and having all the beach necessities was a bonus... cooler, chairs, towels and snorkel gear. We can’t wait to return!!

One of the best Condos in the Caribbean

I want to start off by saying that we used to live on STT and this property, specifically this condo (F5) was a breath of fresh air in regard to all of the high level "American" standards. We loved the cleanliness & all the interior design aspects. The overall location was better than we imagined with Redhook such a short drive away. My only suggestions for improvements would be this: 1. Have a smart TV device, either Roku or FireStick for those rainy days (: 2. I'd like to consider ourselves pretty techy but we were rarely able to get the F5 WiFi to work, thankfully we were able to connect to the neighbors because we had almost no cell coverage in the unit. 3. On two separate occasions we went to the front desk to ask for beach towels and none were available so we had to use the bathroom towels to go to the pool which wasn't ideal. The front desk should have towels stocked and/or let us start out with a couple in the room. 4. Lastly, not your fault but whoever designed the roads on the property made it unnecessarily challenging to turn around anywhere.

Cute Modern Apartment in Perfect Area

The apartment was very cute and modern and had everything you'd need in terms of a stove, microwave, fridge, etc... The bathroom did come with hand soap and shampoo but did not come with bath soap (so come prepared with basic necessities). There also wasn't any dishwashing liquid provided in the apartment so cleaning utensils were impossible. The balcony was great! Perfect for breakfast and relaxing before starting the day. Also wasn't in direct sun (which was nice!). Also the AC was great and provided very cool air. I did have a small hiccup with the bedroom when I arrived. The bed wasn't 100% clean as I found a stain on the sheets and random hair strands throughout the bed. The next morning I notified the front desk and they fixed the issue right away. Also, the bed makes veryyyyy loud creaking sounds which is hard to ignore. Other than that, the location is perfect! The resort is located in a convenient location to get to Red Hook, The St. John Ferry ($5/pp cab rides), and walking distance to Coki Beach. There are restaurants on site that are good and another restaurant at Margaritaville that is within walking distance. The resort is very hilly and walking around can be sort of a workout. The good news is you can call the front desk (they are very nice!) and they can have a car take you around the resort. Also would recommend keeping a couple of beach towels in the room (to start off with) as walking to the lobby to get them is a bit inconvenient. All in all, I enjoyed my stay in St. Thomas and at the resort.

Where do I start I was overly pleased with this property the condition, Cleanliness, decorations and all of the amenities were beautiful after getting a reservation canceled at another place this condo came into save the day at the last minute and I’m thankful. from the moment I walked in I couldn’t wait to write a review . The condo has every dish you’ll need and everything is in proper working order bed is comfy and spacious all the staff were pleasant and very helpful . I stayed is u it (F5) and if I ever come back to st Thomas I’ll book over and over again ! I’m sad to leave I highly recommend this stay !

Room was very clean, property located on a steep hill so be aware. Also no housekeeping due to COVID-19 but they will bring fresh linen upon request. Lobby hours very limited, as they open from 8-6 so if you need anything outside of those times its basically impossible to get a hold of anyone. Bed very hard and squeaky and not comfortable at all. But overall a nice room, with a great view!

My wife and I booked this place for our babymoon and it was perfect! The condo is very nicely decorated, feels nice, and has a great AC unit. The view from the balcony is spectacular! Point Pleasant was a great, quiet place to stay. It's also located close to Red Hook and is easy to get a taxi.

This is a great place at a great location. It is a lovely modern condo with very nice touches - love turtles. The larger facility has two restaurants, several pools and access to a beach. Great place. we will go back and stay there again.

The rocky beach was inaccessible. Impossible to walk to other local beaches.

Very clean with good amenities. The owner was accessible but didn’t have any knowledge about retrieving the damage security refund which was costly. Overall a good experience.!

I'd like to clear up some inaccuracies. There are 2 beaches that are within walking distance from my condo. Sugar beach, within the resort, can be reached by a road that leads to a paved path that takes you all the way to the beach where there are lounge chairs for guest usage. Coki beach can be reached by walking past Margaritaville which is directly next to my building and heading towards Coral World. Getting to other beaches does require a car but this information is conveyed to guests in my FAQ sheet which I send out in advance of their stay. I did inform you that the damage deposit refund was handled automatically by HomeAway and would be returned to you approximately 7 days after check out.

Enjoyed our 1 week stay in St. Thomas. The views from the condo are outstanding. Condo is well equipped and tastefully furnished! Point Pleasant staff are very accommodating. Easy to catch a shuttle to Red Hook. Property is very hilly, which is great for view. Close to Margaritaville.
