Great location! This lovely little home is two blocks to the beach, a short walk to Tubbs Hill's walking trails, in general close to everything. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet. Can say the same for this home. The kitchen was well-appointed, Bed was comfortable. The stained glass windows were a beautiful bonus. A really nice alternative to the busy CDA Resort. We'd stay there again.

We had a wonderful time! Just a few blocks to the lake. About a 10 minute walk to downtown. We loved the shops and loved the restaurant The Iron Horse. It had old pictures of logging and old Downtown. Food and beer was delicious! This was a perfect place to stay!

Beautiful wood floors in the living room & bedroom plus craftsman-esque decor makes the interior feel spacious. 2-3 exterior steps front & back entries. Take your time getting used to the step-up to the soaking tub area. Heat lamps keep the shower room cozy. Many thoughtful luxuries such as 2 cruiser bikes (helmets & cable lock included!) for exploring peaceful lakeside neighborhood.

My name is Ramon Gibbs. I was born and raised in Coeur d' Alene, Idaho and I am blessed to own a home in the neighborhood I spent time in as a kid. I am an avid mountain biker and lover of just about any outdoor sport. I love to travel but there is nothing like being back home in the Inland Northwest.

I have always loved the green, mature trees and unique character of Sanders Beach. The convenient location to downtown, the lake and hiking is ideal for an active lifestyle. Guests love the location as it's close to the lake, Tubbs Hill and downtown coffee shops.

What makes this property unique

Our unique cottage features several original stained glass windows and cedar siding. It is a modern and comfortable fully furnished home where you will want to kick your feet up and relax in after a long day enjoying the outdoors. Even on rainy days you will want to sit on the front porch or stay inside to use the large soaking tub, take advantage of the high speed Wifi, and/or watch movies on Netflix, Amazon, and Spectrum TV app.

Out the front door, you are less than a 5 walk to the beach and to Tubbs Hill. Walking through the peaceful neighborhood, you will see unique homes of all styles and sizes. Wild turkeys are known to roam the streets and some deer roam around at night. Enjoy a glass of wine or a cup of coffee on the front porch while soaking in the clean North Idaho air or use the gas barbeque on the back covered porch.
