Thank you! We are so glad you enjoyed your stay and took advantage of all the property has to offer! Thank you for leaving things so nicely! Would love to host you and the pups again!
Perfect place to stay and relax. Cabin had everything and more to make the stay perfect for cooking, watching movies (lots of movie choices), playing games, taking a hike through the woods or just relaxing on the back porch listening to the stream. Very close to Blowing Rock for a trip into town to do some shopping or eating out. We will be back!

Thank you for your kind words! We're thrilled you had a great day and that the cabin felt comfortable and well-equipped for your stay. So glad you felt the beds were comfortable and that the cooking supplies and ping-pong table added to the fun! We've had the experience of forgetting basic toiletries, so we're glad you found them convenient. It also means a lot to hear that you found the home clean, cozy, and just right for the season. We'd love to host you again!
This beautiful cabin is secluded, peaceful, but near enough to the town of Blowing Rock. Loved the porch overlooking the woods and enjoyed a fire in the nice patio firepit a couple of nights. Our dog loved running in the woods!

Overall great stay
The cabin is spacious and comfortable with lots of games, books, and videos. The property is beautiful with trails to follow and a stream you can hear from the cabin. The king bed in the loft is probably past its prime, the internet was super spotty, and the drive is best suited to 4WD. Be sure to bring paper towels and TO because very little is supplied.

From the owner: “Thank you for your thoughtful review! We’re so glad you enjoyed the spacious cabin, all the games and books, and the beautiful property with its peaceful trails and stream. While we appreciate your feedback on the bed, we’ve found that mattress comfort can be a very personal preference, and while some guests love it, we understand it may not be the perfect fit for everyone. We’d love to welcome you back anytime!"
