Strange times call for a great place to rest and work! We're happy to host you this summer and have adopted the County's and CDD's COVID-19 cleaning protocols. We're seeking guests who're looking for longer stays during this time, for your safety, ours, and because same-day turnovers are not possible right now.

But that's our problem, not yours. We hope to host you at our punk meets zen Mammoth home!

If naturalist John Muir had built his indoor zen mountain retreat in Mammoth Lakes, our 3BR/3BA townhouse-style condo be it! "The mountains are calling" at this spacious, comfy, lovingly remodeled from-head-to-toe spot, minutes from Old Mammoth, 5 miles to Main Lodge, and a walk across the street to the Shuttle Stop that takes you anywhere you want to go. Leave your car parked for your entire stay, and enjoy the comfort and convenience of our beautiful Woodlands retreat! It is our goal and passion for you to fall in love here just as we did.

The space features three wonderfully stylish bedrooms and three bathrooms. One of the rooms has an en-suite bath and vanity area. We've got over 1400 square feet of living space, with dramatic vaulted ceilings in the living room, dining room, and kitchen. Each bedroom features soft, high thread count bedding, plush towels, beautiful rugs, and plenty of closet and dresser space for friends, singles, couples, or families.

3 bedrooms and two baths are on the ground level, with customizable thermostats in each room, and the upstairs features a stunning open floor plan living room, dining room, kitchen, fireplace, full bath, and deck to enjoy the snowfall or in summer months, a barbecue and cocktails looking out to the trees.

The living room has a plush modern velvet sectional that can seat your whole gang, or be a warm respite to lay down aprés-ski while you enjoy time reading by the pellet stove, or watching the huge flat screen smart TV with friends, lovers, or family. cable and WiFi? Of course!

As passionate culinary enthusiasts, we created a cooks' kitchen in the condo, with eco-friendly pots and pans, brand new stainless steel appliances, convection toaster oven, new coffee maker, blender and juicer, baking supplies, colorful Fiesta ware dishes, sexy Slovak crystal wine goblets and glasses, and more. We have organic coffee and tea available for you in the canisters by the new programmable coffee pot and tea kettle.

We are 7-minute walk to the town of Old Mammoth, or a 2-minute drive, where you can have drinks and snacks at the stunning Mammoth Tavern, enjoy finer or more casual dining, and even bar hop some happy hours at the new tasting rooms or old favorites along Old Mammoth Road. And didn't we mention no driving necessary? Whether you're visiting with friends, as couples, or as a family, you walk literally across the street to catch Mammoth's reliable shuttle day or night, and in minutes you're in town, at the Village (with Gondola service to Canyon Lodge), or at Main Lodge for skiing and snowboarding, hiking or mountain-biking fun! Eagle Lodge is also less than a mile away.

Smoking and Pets are prohibited.* Per state law, leaving service animals is not allowed. There will be a $200 fine for each infraction. Sorry to be harsh on this. We love animals, but a few bad eggs were costly and made us reevaluate our policy.

*** A damage deposit of $500.00 will be relinquished if there are more than the maximum number of guests (6 total including children), or if there is any indication of smoking, damage, or pets in the unit. We love animals, but respectfully request yours be left at home for your visit.***
