About this property

Property is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood within the historical district of Leadville. Easy walk to Harrison Avenue for restaurants, shopping and all of the start/finish lines of all the race events. Also walking distance to the mineral belt trail, sledding hill, skate park and the aquatic center.

The house has a large yard that is a great place to relax after enjoying all that Leadville and the surrounding mountains have to offer.

I also own the home right next to this one to accommodate larger groups.

Awesome little gem in Leadville!

This house was perfect for us while we were in town for the Leadville 100-mile race. We were able to walk to the start line in the morning and there was plentily of street parking for friends and other crew members out front. The only one minor issue for the house is that the hardwood floors are super loud & creek. With the one bathroom being at the very back of the house, anytime someone would get up to use the restroom, you could hear them walk the entire way there. I am a relatively heavy sleeper to boot! Not a huge deal, just something to note if you have young ones who are "light" sleepers.

Leadville Trip

This property was really nice and awesome scenery. It had all we needed for our stay. It was great space for couple adults. Would recommend this property and plan on staying here again.

Old home

. Place is for 4-6 people. One couch in living room sat 3 people. 2 kitchen stools/2 place settings table. 4 dining room chairs/table and chairs that was wobbly and had to have someone come and rescrew them. 2 half toilet paper rolls for a family of 4 for a week stay. Took a few pics of wires sticking out of wall and no fire appliance in kitchen.

Great little house in great Leadville location!

Perfect small house for a family; everything we needed to enjoy Leadville - in a great location to walk to all of downtown and dining. Worked out great! (+ Bike ride from the front door.)
