Had wonderful stay away for the crowds of pigeon forge and Gatlinburg. And still close enough to go over the mountain to them. The river view was magnificent.
The condo was spotless. It was very convenient to everything. It had no stairs for easy loading and unloading. It was right on the Little River and the view was beautiful. The two wild turkeys were a fun addition.

Nice place to stay
We stayed 4 nights. It was a nice place to stay. The stream behind the condo was relaxing and we were greeted by wild turkeys in the mornings. We plan to stay here again.

Rooms were clean and comfortable.
Rooms were clean and comfortable. Amenities were lacking. One dish cloth in kitchen with no dish towels. Second bathroom had no waste basket. Dishwasher leaked. No facial tissues.

Owner's Response: "Due to COVID, we don't provide all bathroom items. We provide toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing pods, kitchen towels and dish cloths. Thank you for your feedback and are glad you felt the unit was clean."
Comfortable, feels like home. I love listening to Little River rippling along after a day of walking trails. I equally enjoy waking to the sounds of birds, squirrels, and the water when I wake for a new day’s adventure. Wonderful place to stay.

Had a great trip. Condo was perfect for my mom who needs a walk in shower and no steps. Right on the water so we could sit in the back patio and enjoy the views.
Perfect for a quiet vacation surrounded by natural beauty
We loved the “quiet side of the Smokies.” We enjoyed the lack of the commercialism of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The condo is comfortable with a beautiful view off the patio, and it is very close to the park entrance. Each bedroom having a bathroom is a plus.
We were very pleased with our rental. Loved the back patio right on the river. It was perfect for us. Would not hesitate to rent this condo again. Love staying in Townsend.
The weekend was a perfect time for friends to get together and relax. We stayed away from the large crowds of people and enjoyed our time on the quiet side of the Smokeys. The accommodations were good and our condo was situated on the ground level right on the river. We sat on the patio and enjoyed the beautiful, crisp fall air. We plan to be back again next fall!
My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay! It was so relaxing to listen to the river and just hang out. We didn't go to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg one day and they were so crowded. That they would have been better spent at the condo! We would love to go back again sometime!
Booked this unit because it said it had a jacuzzi because of 4 buldging disk in my back but there was no jacuzzi so it ruined my trip because of Severe back pain Please update advertising that there is no jacuzzi hot tub or jacuzzi bath tub! Even stated it on there table flyer!
Loved it. Location is great for access to Townsend biking trails. Location on the water allowed for lots of viewing of tubers down the stream. If one inconvenience, no shelves in the master bath shower so we had to set soaps and such on the floor. Still, a small thing compared to the other pluses. We're already looking for another chance to use this facillity.
Condo was true to the representation and in a quiet area. Water was running well behind the unit giving it a nice view and sound. Only dislike was that I thought the TV was cable and it was not. I was able to figure it out though. Nice visit.

Nice Location!
The condo is located in a convenient location close to all things in Townsend and the National Park. We enjoy the quiet side of the Smokies instead of the craziness of Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. But if you like that it's a short drive away.
The property is stylishly decorated and right by the river. Nice kitchen to cook in. Beds were very comfortable. Shower had impressive power. Problems: Finding the number to our unit. Nothing on the emails we received told what the unit number was. We basically went door to door to checking the lock boxes on doors to find which one was ours. No cable or satellite tv. If you have Sling or Netflix accounts you can watch limited tv. We were able to use our Direct TV Go to get more channels. There were 2 televisions, one in living room and one in master. The third tv in guest room didn't have anything connected to it. The tv cord didn't even reach the plug in. The owner was rude when I called her concerning the tv and cable or satellite connections. Later we did receive emails expressing concern about our stay.
The property was clean nice and comfortable it has everything you need to stay whether 1 night or 6 we loved it and look forward to staying there again The Floyds
Overall this was a great base for our mountain get away. The location is outstanding & close to everything in Townsend, Gatlinburg and the Park. We would stay here again just had a few takeaways. Take caution that even though the listing shows 2 bathrooms there is only 1 shower. The whole place could use a deep floor cleaning.

Joshua, we're glad that you had an enjoyable stay overall and we appreciate your feedback. We have updated our listing to make it more clear for future guests that although the condo has two bathrooms, there is one shower. Thank you for giving us the means to provide five-star experiences for future guests. Best, the Evolve Team
This property was very nice. Needs attention given to spiders and the master bedroom bed box spring kept falling through the supports with no extracurricular activities taking place on it. View of creek was very nice.
