A lovely well equipped apartment with stunning southerly sea views. There is a very attractive pool area set in mature sub-tropical landscaped gardens as well as a heated indoor pool. The apartment is well positioned within easy access to a variety of sporting facilities, including golf and tennis. Two spacious terraces: one leading off living with table, chairs and BBQ and the second off the master bedroom. There is air conditioning in living and sleeping areas which also serves as heating during the colder months.

First the small negatives. I thought the complex looked a bit tired and was in need of painting and the pool times were a bit limited, 12am-20pm. There were many pluses though. the apartment was a good size, in fact the bedroom was massive with plenty of storage. The kitchen was fine and well equipped and the views from the terrace were stunning. We like walking and the walk to the beach, bars and shops were manageable. However, is is quite hilly so might not be suitable for everyone so a car is recommended. there was a bus stop right outside so that is a cheaper alternative to taxis.The area is quiet and has both a holiday and residential feel about it. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend the apartment.

Lovely Apartment with seaview

We had a great family stay in this 2 bed apartment for the month of July. The apartment was clean and tidy when we arrived. The main bedroom was large with access to a small private patio. The second bedroom was smaller but big enough for 2 children. The living area was modern and spacious. The main patio was large and had outside furniture and a BBQ. The sea view was stunning. This apartment is at the top end of Sitio de Calahonda so I would definitely recommend a car as the walk back up the hill, especially with 2 children, can be hard. A couple of restaurants within easy waking distance. Outside shared area was well kept. Pool was lovely and clean. It was too hot to access the inside pool as it is in a glass house, which resulted in it being like a sauna. We had a few minor problems during our stay but the owner responded very quickly and appropriately. We would be happy to stay again.

Schöne einfache Ferienwohnung mit super schöner Aussicht

Es war grundsätzlich schön. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Leider konnten wir während unseres Aufenthaltes die beiden Pools nicht nutzen, da in der Region Wasser gespart werden musste durch behördliche Anordnung. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und war frisch gereinigt. Wenn man die Schränke öffnet sind da schon einige Rumpelkammern vorhanden. Insgesamt sind bspw. Elektrische Schalter locker und es müsste mal das eine oder andere erneuert werden, wie bspw. die Fugen im Bad. Aber sowohl Eigentümer als auch die Verwaltung waren sehr hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend. Und der Ausblick ist echt ein Traum!!!

Bel emplacement - des points clés à améliorer

C’est un bel emplacement : superbe vue, superbe piscine peu fréquentée. L’appartement est spacieux avec une cuisine bien équipée et un barbecue. Par contre les lits une place sont peu adaptés pour des ados de gabarit adulte (trop léger et donc bruyants. Presence de plusieurs cafards. Voisine du dessus sui insulte bruyamment son mari. Parking de taille insuffisante pour la taille de la residence donc place non garantie, stationnement rue adjancente en pente.

Vacances calahonda

L'emplacement était top vue sur la mer mais vaut mieux être véhiculé (ce qu'on a été). Piscine excellente ! En revanche lit double très petit avec aucune couverture de lit de disponible, sale a l'arrivée il y avait pleins de fourmi que nous avons dû nettoyer. sur l'annonce indiquée parking privé hors le parking appartient à toute la résidence donc jamais de places de disponible ! Indiqué 6 chaises de jardin il y en a 4. De + les voisins du dessus qui sont des locataires permanents ne font que crier sauter (isolation perfectible) et font faire à leur chien ses besoins sur le balcon ce qui donne directement dans notre balcon (pluie d'urine sur la table repas) ! Cela a été remonté au Proprietaire qui n'a jamais daigné répondre ou trouver une solution ! D'ailleurs ils ont souhaité que nous quittions les lieux à 10h suite à une location prévue après nous, alors que le contrat indiquait 11h! Ce problème a été résolu par abritel.

Superbe appartement

Très bel appartement, il y a tout ce dont on a besoin, le mobilier est moderne, la piscine est très belle, surveillée et peu fréquentée. Endroit très reposant. Il est nécessaire d avoir une voiture mais nous étions au courant. Supermarché et plages à 5 minutes en voiture, il y a des restaurants accessibles à pieds. Nous reviendrons et conseillerons cet appartement sans aucun soucis. Merci aux propriétaires.

Das Appartement ist sehr schön eingerichtet und ist für 2 Personen ideal. Gut eingerichtete Küche, 2 Badezimmer, 2 Balkone, davon einer mit tollem Meerblick. Handtücher und Bettwäsche hochwertig. Bett sehr bequem. Lokale fußläufig erreichbar ,zum Strand nach Cala de Mijas sind wir gefahren. Gut sortierte SM, mehrere Ärzte vor Ort.

Apartamento grande aunque viejo

El apartamento es muy grande pero los muebles son muy viejos, se ve muy antiguo salvo los baños que están reformados. Buena terraza, grande y con buenas vistas. La piscina está bien y con poca gente. El parking no está asignado, hay una zona para aparcar pero suele estar llena, de todos modos se puede aparcar fuera cerca, no había mucho problema. La cocina bien equipada con friegaplatos, vitrocerámica, nevera grande, tostador, utensilios de cocina... Televisión muy pequeña. Lo peor que no tiene aire acondicionado. Se recogen las llaves en una agencia. Si llegas fuera de horario de oficina dejan las llaves en un buzón y te envían instrucciones. Sin problema. Hay que ir con coche, está retirado de la playa y de comercios y restaurantes.

La propiedad superó nuestras expectativas. La foto no hace justicia a las vistas que tiene la terraza. Muy bien equipado. La única pega es que las camas son viejísimas y se hunden por lo que no pudimos descansar bien.
