Our luxury Villa Marina Deniz is located in the exclusive Puerto Calero Marina, with its excellent restaurants, bars, shops and other facilities. Only 15 minutes from the airport of Arrecife and only 5 minutes drive to the main resort of Puerto del Carmen, with its fantastic beaches and nightlife. Located on a quite dead-end road with beautiful and quite surroundings along with seaviews and also has a 24hr security guard service patroling the area for a safe and relaxing holiday.

Beautiful villa

We had an absolutely brilliant holiday. Great communication with the owners throughout which made everything easy. The villa itself is beautiful, well looked after, great layout and really well resourced. The pool and outside space is fabulous. Cannot wait to rebook and be back enjoying this stunning villa.

Lovely property in a quiet area, really big, enough room for 2 families, pool table was a big hit and the heated pool was great, easy access down to the bars and restaurants.

Excellent stay in a beautiful villa

What a great find this villa is. A real home from home and has everything you need. Very spacious indoors and outdoors, amazing pool which was so clean. The villa was well equipped for the 7 of us with lots of crockery, cutlery and glasses. Met the owner who was lovely and could not have been more helpful throughout the whole booking process. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend this gem of a villa in beautiful Calero.

The photos do not do this villa justice. Amazing villa plenty of space for 3 couples and 1 child. Very quiet up market location close to the harbour - hill up from the harbour can be steep in parts. Villa had all that was needed. Owner was amazing and helpful with anything we needed during our stay. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in this area. Thank you for the fantastic holiday villa.

Peaceful location

We have just returned and would definitely stay again, great sized pool / outside space and nice property in a good quiet location. Overall I would say the property could do with a little TLC eg. The electrics in one of the single rooms did not work although we did not need to use this room so didn’t bother us and the shower in the bathroom by the kitchen is tiny, again didn’t bother us as we used the other two. All in all a great holiday thank you.

A great holiday with friends

A spacious and well presented property in a quiet residential street near the marina. The swimming pool was a great hit with everyone as temperatures hovered around 30 degrees each day. The air conditioning was very effective and cost less than €10 for the entire week. The walk down to Puerto Calero was pleasant, but the steep hill on the return journey represented something of a challenge each day - our wives returned to the Villa by taxi each time (only around €4).There are plenty of restaurants and cafes/bars in Puerto Calero, with excellent choice of food and drink. Easy to reach Puerto del Carmen or Playa Blanca by bus (usually every 30 mins) and enjoy the various markets and cruises, etc. Overall, an enjoyable 7-night break in a lovely quiet Villa. Would highly recommend.

Great Villa

Just returned from a 9 night stay in this fantastic villa. We holidayed with our friends, so there was 4 adults and 4 children (4 to 9yrs old). The villa provided us with plenty of room both inside and out. The weather was fantastic but I can imagine in the heat of summer there's enough places to find a shady spot. We hired a minibus from the airport for the duration of our stay, the directions provided where very easy to follow and the journey to about 10 minutes. A lovely welcome pack was provided and the cold beer was very much appreciated. The villa was spotlessly clean and everything need is provided (although we hired a hairdryer at little cost). There's a highchair, cot, washing machine, large double bbq etc. The owner is very attentive, after a couple of days the pool needed a clean and they had the pool guy with us in less than 2 hours. The pictures of the villa do not do it enough justice, for the price you will not find better. The villa is located close to the beautiful marina, it's a short walk but the hill back up is a little steep (helps to burn a few calories). The restaurants at the marina are all very nice and we where pleasantly surprised at the cost of eating there. We expected to pay a lot more given the location even the drinks where not much more than in Puerto Del Carmen. There is a supermarket at the marina which provides all of your essentials although we hired the bus so did a couple of big shops at the large Spar in Macher (5 min drive). We have stayed in the busier resorts of PDC, Playa Blanca and Costa Teguise previously but will next return to this villa. As a base on the island it's great, 5-10mins you're into Carmen or if you want pure relaxation you can't beat it here (so quiet and very safe). We will be returning to Puerto Calero and Villa Marina Filiz to celebrate my 40th birthday next year and can't wait.

Sehr schöne Villa

Sehr schöne Villa in perfekter Lage, sehr gut ausgestattet, traumhafter Pool. Alle Räume sind mit einer leisen Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Es fehlt nur das deutsche Fernsehprogramm. Dafür ist Netflix vorhanden. Der Gesamtzustand des Anwesens war top. Puerto Calero hat einen schönen kleinen Yachthafen, der fußläufig gut erreichbar ist. Ausreichende Restaurants vorhanden. Bootstouren buchbar, auch ein Wassertaxi nach Puerto del Carmen. Wir werden die Villa immer wieder gern buchen.

Amazing stay

Property is in a good location but be aware the walk back from the front is uphill so if you struggle with walking bare this in mind. Spacious outdoor area and pool was a good temperature. Pictures don’t do the property justice. Be aware that you do have to pay for the air con (coin machine in lounge covers all the units) but it only worked out about €2.50 a day. Taxis to Puerto del Carmen - recommend booking in advance. Prices were around €6-7 for old town and €8-9 for the main strip. Thank you for letting us stay at this amazing property. It is highly possible we’ll be back.

A wonderful stay at this lovely villa in a great location

We spent a wonderful week at this lovely villa. The outside space was great - a good sized (heated) pool, pool table and plenty of clean and comfortable loungers - enough to keep the whole family happy! The beds were comfortable - not always the case with holiday lets - and the kitchen seemed well equipped (although we didn't cook very much). The location of the property was perfect - about a five minute walk to the port which has a small but well stocked supermarket, plenty of restaurants and some nice clothes shops. There is a craft market every Friday and Tuesday which is worth a visit at least once. We didn't bother renting a car as everything was so close by. The villa owner was lovely and very responsive to any questions/requests before and during our stay. We would definitely recommend this villa for a family-friemdly holiday.

We have lived on the beautiful Island of Lanzarote since 1982. Our villa was built on back in 2004 and since then, we have done our best to provide a very family service to all our guests.
