Villa Dolce Vita is a pretty single story villa with swimming pool

Villa Doce Vita is a charming, single story villa with 3 bedrooms, beautiful landscaped gardens and a large private swimming pool which can be heated (for an additional 200 Euros per week/part week) and a stunning private jacuzzi, that can also be heated (for an additional 100 Euros per week/part week.)



The villa has capacity for 6 adults or 6 adults + 2 children in extra fold up type beds.



Appealing to families or groups seeking a relaxing location but within a few minutes of the coast, the villa is ideally located near to Olhos de Agua and just a short drive from the buzz of Albufeira.

Internally there is a spacious fully fitted white kitchen topped with a glossy black marble work surface. Integrated appliances from Bosch include electric oven, induction hob and a dish washer. The washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board are situated in the separate laundry room, which also has plenty of storage space. Other appliances include fridge freezer, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, and hand blender.

The open plan living / dining room features a huge curved squishy leather sofa, marble dining table with 6 chairs, flat screen smart TV (with Netflix and other apps) and a wonderful rustic style fireplace.

Curved patio doors lead out from the living area on to an extensive, covered terrace overlooking the swimming pool and gardens. An outdoor table with dining chairs can be found here for you to enjoy your meals in the shade, with the charcoal BBQ also located close by.

A couple of steps down leads to the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large double bed, generous wardrobe, valuables safe and en-suite shower room with a fabulous walk-in shower and heated towel rail. Double doors lead out from the bedroom on to a south facing terrace.

Bedroom 2 has twin single beds, fitted wardrobes, patio doors leading on to the terrace and bedroom 3 has a double bed. These bedrooms share a spacious family bathroom that was renovated in 2021 with large walk in Italian shower.

Villa Dolce Vita boasts hot/cold air conditioning in the living area and all bedrooms and free wi-fi. The house also is equipped with a security alarm. Windows are double glazed.

Externally there are well tended gardens with ample grassed areas and pretty local plants, bushes and palm trees. The garden area is completely fenced and extremely private.

The villa features a private roof terrace offering fabulous all-round views. The private jacuzzi (located by the pool) can be heated for an additional 100 Euros per week/part week. The pool can also be heated for an additional 200 Euros per week/part week.

Villa Dolce Vita offers peace and seclusion but yet is approximately 1.5 kms from the wonderful beach of Maria Luisa and around 1 km to the nearest supermarket.

Travel cots are 25 Euros per reservation and baby chairs 10 Euros per reservation.

This is a self-catering property. We do not provide any cleaning products except for a small starter pack, therefore it is your responsibility to purchase or bring these items. We will provide toilet rolls for each toilet but these are not replenished during your stay.



The property is located 120 m from Balaia Golf Village golf course, 2 km from Intermarche supermarket, 2 km from Praia Maria Luísa sand beach, 2 km from Praia Olhos de Água sand beach, 2 km from Praia Maria Luísa rock beach, 3 km from Praia Santa Eulália sand beach, 10 km from the train station, 15 km from Zoo Marine water park, 20 km from Aquashow water park, 20 km from Slide and Splash water park, 35 km from Aeroporto Faro airport.
